The installation happened the 11/23/24 next day, and the installer was fast and tidy. This was the good part. Apparently, they are supposed to come out a week later to recheck the output. I have been stood up 5 times!!!! I have sat home waiting on Filipe (who ghosted me after his third no-show) and their scheduler, Maria (very nice and apologetic) tried to get MacLaine to come out. Today is 01.01.25 and LONG PASSED the 1-week follow-up check. My advice is to not pay them in full, because they have zero motivation to complete their word.
