My first few visits were with Alexander Terado. He was so kind and made me feel comfortable. He took all the time I needed to go over all of my options with me. He was detailed and informative about my health and the medications. He made me feel welcome, and always made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. I have also seen Bradley Drury on several occasions as well. He takes his time, is kind, courteous and always made sure to make sure I was informed and comfortable. He listens to any of my thoughts and takes his time to ensure I am comfortable at every visit. I also see Khadine for the last several months as well. She is so kind. She takes her time every week with me. She is informative, and always considerate of my feelings. She explains things to me on a more basic level (Medications can be confusing and scary). If I ever have any questions and/or concerns she listens and takes her time. She also takes her time to see how I am doing mentally, how I am feeling. The owner is there every single day. You feel how welcoming he is. You can also see how he cares about the patients. I also see every week, that he works closely with all the staff, and it shows that he cares about them as well! ALL the staff there are AMAZING!! They are all with you for whatever service you need. EVERY single person there has made me feel comfortable on every visit. There is absolutely no judgement coming from a single person there. They are all there to help you with whatever your needs are and it genuinely feels like everyone is with you, that they genuinely CARE about you!! I really enjoyed both my 60 minute prenatal massage and 60 minute facial with Larisa. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I've had a few prenatal massages before and this has been the best one yet. Besides the extractions being somewhat painful for a few minutes, the facial ended up feeling rejuvenating. Both services were done in the same room, which made it great as I didn't have to get up and switch rooms. The one downside is that the room I was getting my massage and facial in, was close to the girls at the front desk. A few times during my appointment, I was able to clearly hear their conversations with other guests. But as my prenatal massage and facial were wonderful with Larisa, I'll be sure to make another appointment before I deliver. Just keep in mind, this isn't a fancy spa. There aren't any locker rooms so you won't be offered any robes or slippers.

I was expecting Matt again, but was informed upon arrival he wouldn't be doing the injections - someone named Kimmy, whom he had recently trained, would be. The front desk staff told me Matt could do it if I reschedule & pay a fee. I'd driven nearly an hour to Boca for this appt & the office staff kept hyping up Kimmy, so I stayed. Unfortunately, this would be a mistake. Immediately after Kimmy injected my lips, I noticed that my bottom lip looked lopsided (heavy on the right side) & as if there was filler missing in the left edge. I complained right away but was told by Jacqueline "Don't look at them so hard!" I felt so dismissed, so I decided to wait to see if they'd even out once the swelling subsided. Nearly a month later, I arrived for an appt for a facial & a consult to discuss my lumpy lips, but apparently no one was available for the lip consult even though it was supposed to be part of my appt. As I waited for nearly an hour, the girls at the front desk proceeded to tell me my lips looked fine, even though I was unhappy & wanted to inquire about having my lips dissolved and/or fixed. I left & never went back. At the time, I paid about $200 a month for an Elite membership that offered monthly facials & trimonthly botox & filler. I became so frustrated with my botched lip filler experience that I cancelled it. They continued to keep trying to charge me after that so I called my bank & blocked the company from pulling anymore funds out. It's been over a year since & I've patiently been waiting for my lips to go back to normal. Unfortunately, my lips have become more lumpy over time. I've had to pay for the care of a dermatologist to handle this & I even had to get stitches in my lip after a lump had to be cut away. I've spent all year feeling so self conscious, have had to endure so much extra unnecessary pain for tests, etc, & have spent so much money - I feel betrayed & humiliated. BEWARE going to this place for filler! Do your homework & make sure the person changing the appearance of your face is not only experienced & qualified, but also compassionate.
