I understand they were trying to get people in and out because there were people waiting by the door, but that shouldn't reduce the quality of service. The lady doing my pedicure, did not change her gloves from the person before me. She just rinsed them off in the sink. So that was absolutely disgusting. There was no massage. Just scrubbed my legs with some sugar scrub. The polish job was only OK. I also didn't see them wiping anything down or sanitizing anything in between .
