I came in for a free foundations class that walked me through the classic basics and immediately I knew this was the workout for me! I'm now 215 classes in and counting. My whole body has changed, I love how I look how I feel, my legs look great! My upper body is well defined and my core is in point and most important is how the Frisco team care about my well being helping me modify through the classes to avoid any further knee injury. Thankfully, ClassPass has made this so much easier to switch it UP! As a part time fitness instructor with a very strong routine, I constantly find myself craving variety. This place has been on my hit list for a while and I was so happy to be able to finally go last night! And boy, am I glad I did. I tried the hot vinyasa class with Lesa and it was 60 minutes of hot and sweaty bliss. The room was packed and the VYBE was jumping! I was warmly greeted and even though I arrived a few minutes before class Lesa greeted me happily and showed me the ropes. They have towels and water/beverages for purchase. BYO yoga mat but they have those as well. The salt lamps in the studio were a beautiful touch and so were the essential oils. I parked my mat pretty close to the diffuser so I was LOVING the aromatherapy while I got my yoga on. Lesa's class was a booty kicker but she also broke it down and provided modifiers for those of us who aren't so limber but aspire to be (raises hand). Blame my tight endurance athlete hamstrings. At the end of the 60 minutes they provide you with essential oil infused cold towels. The Lakeside area is the perfect location, surrounded by luxury living as well as an abundance of retail shops. The community seems very tight knit here as well. Thankful I was able to come here and cannot wait to use my ClassPass to return for another hot class soon and very soon!!

All of the instructors are very friendly and they ask if anyone has injuries or any areas of concern before they start the class. Also, each instructor has an individual program. Each instructor customizes a program and associated music for the content they have scheduled. Before…read morecommitting, we specifically asked about freezing memberships, since I was caring for my mother with stage 4 cancer. They assured us we could freeze at any time. Unfortunately, just one week later I had an emergency appendectomy, so we froze our membership. Three months after that, I needed back surgery--and this time, they refused to freeze it. Instead, they told us to quit because it "wasn't worth" paying $25 a month to hold the membership. We were still charged for the following month and lost all of those classes. On top of that, even when we tried to book classes, most were already full, making it extremely difficult to use the membership we were paying for. One of our very first classes was accidentally booked as one of the hardest levels. We didn't know, and no one guided us. Instead of supporting us, the instructor called me out in front of everyone, embarrassed me, and then went to the front desk to yell at the staff member--again, in front of my husband and other clients. This studio is not about helping people--they're all about money. Between the lack of compassion, unprofessional behavior, and the difficulty of even getting into classes, this was a deeply disappointing experience.
