I wish I could give them ZERO stars because they wasted two days of my precious time. They were…read moresupposed to come on Wednesday late afternoon - after reassuring me that they could fit me in. Then they said they were stuck in Lake County and could not come until Thursday. Well, Thursday rolled around, and I texted them wondering when they were coming since they missed their 10am-12pm window. That's when they informed me that they could not do it for the agreed upon price. Well, there was no chance that I was going to pay them more - especially after they set my project back by 2 days due to their unprofessionalism. They also sent me the same message repeatedly- which seemed like it could be Ai. Very frustrating!!! See my review on the company that I DID go with - who, btw, did it for the price that these guys tried to price gouge me on. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and got the job done without any issues. I later called them back for another property to remove roofing debris that had been left behind by my roofer, and again they showed up promptly and took care of everything. They were also willing to work with us on pricing, so honestly I do not think you are going to find a better value by shopping around. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

I found Fragrance Cleaning after putting in a project request on Yelp…read more Fragrance reached out to me quickly with a quote, which seemed to be the going rate for all of the cleaning services around. (I got about 10 quotes that were mostly right around $200.) I was needing a cleaning quickly, and they were able to schedule me for first thing in the morning the following Monday. Their communication was great, and they showed up right on time! 2 people came to clean. My house. They cleaned the entire house (minus 2 bedrooms I asked them to skip) in only a few hours. They made my kitchen sinks and bathtubs sparkle like they were new. Overall, the cleaning was good! I found a few spots around the bathroom faucets that still had some of the white mineral build up from the Florida water, but I'm not even sure how to get that off myself. I'm happy with the service, and signed up to get another cleaning!
