When I went to talk to the owner about it he did not return my calls. The secretary took my information to process my payment but never processed it so the following year they wanted me to pay for both years. I wanted to talk again with the owner to see if he was willing to work something out because I didn't expect the double charge. The preparer calls me back to settle the issue and pay for just one of the years. Now this year I wanted to file again with them as they had done right i thought, but this year he hung up on me after he told me that the owner was angry with me for skipping a payment. I really wanted to give my business back however when they first quoted my today it was $125 cheaper then when the rude preparer got on the phone along with somehow never being able to talk to the owner, I am done with their chaivinistic attitude and good luck in life for being so rude.

Trusting that you sent the corrected CA FTB (after the initial mistake, for which you did email a PDF, so I trusted that you mailed it too ) but apparently you never mailed to CA FTB. Now this means that I am indeed out the $8400+ which was caused by your faulty filing, as the statue of limitations for refunds is over in 8 days and it takes 30 days to process, even if I "overnighted" the corrected return. I was able to get $4k+ back myself, of the entire $12k taken from my bank account by the IRS & CA FTB, which your erroneous filing of a 2012 on a 2014 form. Please refund my payment of $500. I won't charge you for pain & suffering. This fiasco almost resulted in me being homeless. My apartment complex has a 5-day grace period before the embarrassing eviction process. Fortunately I have friends and family who care enough to not let this happen. But I don't understand how you can have over 30-5star reviews on Thumbtack. You must have paid them.
