This is a stand at the Torrance Farmers Market at Wilson Park on Tuesdays and Saturdays. They are located next to all the other food stands. I love their pork and cheese pupusas! At $4 each, it's a little pricey considering the fairly small size of the pupusas but it's worth it! They make their pupusas very well here. I love the slightly crisp texture. Dismissive! older lady who was suppose to be takin our order decide wasn't taking my order because I wasn't placing a large enough order as I only wanted 3 Popusas pork belly ;chicharon) she said we would have to wait 15 mins I told her that was fine walked away didn't take my order I asked a second time she reminded me again it would take 15 mins walks away again. So I'm standing in line confused as she didn't charge me for the order at that point it was clear she wasn't trying to help me. We walked away disappointed bad experience. We decided to grab food from here at the Torrance Farmers Market. Even on a Tuesday, the line and wait for this stand were pretty long. We got there a bit late and they were out of all meat options, so I recommend going earlier in the day if possible. Each pupusa is $4 and comes with pickled veggies and sauce on the side. I ordered a cheese and jalapeno pupusa and it was good! Nicely stuffed and I liked the spice level. Pretty filling and they come out super hot. read more

Friendly staff / cook! Sustainability - I appreciated the compostable plates and forks they had. It's so nice to get a to go plate that is not styrofoam! Plant Based Options - the masa and the pupusa, curtido and salsa were flavorful and delicious! Spicy salsa was spicy, which is good. The vegan option was full of delicious black beans and veggies - felt like a wholesome meal. Got two of those and friends got cheese and beans and they enjoyed it as well. If I could give you 0 stars I would. Really Bad service! No salsa was given so I Just asked for some salsa. She had only given me sour cream. I did not need the sour cream so I gave it back. The lady made it a point to tell the other workers that people always want Free stuff! I bought 7 pupusas! You gave me no salsa! Pupusas Delmy is a farmer's market staple all around the LA neighborhood. If I'm not mistaken, this is the same pupuseria that would pop-up at Coachella. Of course, when at Coachella, things always taste extra good! Despite not having a Coachella for the past two years, I luckily was able to try them out again at the Monrovia Farmer's market. I got there super late, so was only able to have the bean and cheese pupusas. They were already sold out of most. The pupusas are made to order and are fresh when you get them. I order their two pupusa combo, it comes with the two pupusas plátano frito for $12. Their aguas frescas are AMAZING and cost $6. The service is fast, friendly, and the food is made to order FRESH. Living in the area, I'm surprised that it's taken so long for me to try this pupusa stand, let alone see the Farmer's Market in which it's at. Prices are steep for one ($4), but it's at the Farmer's Market, so it's expected. I've only ever gotten the jalapeno and cheese pupusa, but I really enjoyed it. The jalapenos are subtle, but pack a powerful punch. Also like the toppings and sauce that come with it. I hope to go back and try more of the menu. Here's hoping to that! read more

Another time it had zucchini, corn, peas, and rice. The serving is a moderate size and it comes with a pickled slaw and salsa. Pretty good for $4. It seems that they don't have these pre-made because the two times I've ordered the vegan pupusa, they informed me that it would take about 7 minutes to make. I've been coming to Delmy's for a few years now. I discovered them at Torrance Farmers Market. They've come a long way since their tattered menu sign and their prices have gone up too! But, the last few times I've gone, she's lightened up substantially... They were $1.50 each about 3-4 years ago and now they are double the price and they seem smaller...I always order the pork and cheese, they are crispy and ooey-gooey and really have lots of filling. I love pupusas and I'm such a snob. We had these at the Torrence farmers market and I thought that they were ok. I got almost one of every kind, I like to eat them cold and even the next day, but the ratio of dough to filling was off and I didn't really care for most of the fillings. I was pretty excited to see a veggie only pupusa but the filling was just too wet and broke through the skin of the dough. I guess I wouldn't be complaining if the cheese broke through, since everyone knows that cheese oozing out of the dough is the best part of a pupusa. I really like the fact that this is a family joint and the service was extremely friendly. I will probably try again to see if I came on an off day. I see generally positive reviews about this place so it's worth a shot again. Also, while I'm not complaining about the price, I will pay for anything quality, these are more expensive than other pupusas places in farmers markets that I liked much more. I have eaten here twice now, and I have to say that the pupusas here are the best I've had! I would definitely recommend the pork and cheese. The beef was okay but not my first pick. The pickled slaw and hot sauce is the perfect pairing and you can always find a nice spot to sit and eat, enjoying the smells of the spiced nuts cooking a few stalls down. Go here for the real deal! Some places I've been use crumbles of meat, but Delmy uses actual pieces. So yeah man I'll be back. read more

I've been getting these pupusas since I was kid at the farmers market. In the last couple weeks I have they've lacked the right amount of garnish and i was left with a dry pupusa. Went to get some pupusas at the farmers market and the service by Delmy was terrible. They are always in a rush and she hasn't finished my orders when she calls next customer. They don't listen to the customer I wanted pupusas to go and that's the first thing I said. They give you the pupusas with no room to set your food and pay. its annoying when they don't organize your food. Or listen to my order. They pretend they don't listed to TO GO orders so that they don't have to waste time filling up THE TO GO salsa and curtidos and so that way she can make everything in the plate easy and faster and so they can make a few more bucks if she hurries. This is my 3X here and THEY always do this and last time they made mistake on a pupusa. Will not be coming back. I go here to support these people and they have no attention to detail and pretend they truly care for their customers. Un-careful service. read more
