This whole place had a lot of different local items that were so cute. Some items included: jewelry, kitchen gadgets, backpacks/wallets, notebooks, cards, soaps, stuffed animals and other kids items. I picked up a handful of smaller items that didn't seem unreasonably priced. The woman working at the counter was also super cool, and asked if I wanted to get my items tax free and explained the process for when I go home and showed me details of how to do it.

They were CE marked, which was introduced in 1985. Anyway, since they claim that everything they sell is old youare not allowed to return anything. Be aware! Personally I will never shop there again. Tothe person who thinks they are only nice to Swedes. Nope! They are pretty much a-holes to whoever if the situation doesn't benefit them.

For 4-5 years, I had a pair of a more subdued (pewter) silver hoops that were super comfy. When I finally lost one, the clerk suggested a titanium pair that locked shut a lot better. They were pricey, but the quality and longevity were absolutely worth the $50 (which, after 5 years and being my only pair of earrings, is a great deal). Definitely worth checking out if you're playing tourist in Gamla Stan.
