They've even brought clothes to and from the shop and Myer just to get my size, so there's always a selection. The birthday loyalty rewards for their clothes are great value, and they're happy for me to collect them with my mother when she takes me on a birthday shopping trip, it feels good to chop a bit of cost off the final price. All my reviews are standardised to the following star ratings: 1. Customer service I.e. friendly, easy to book, etc. 2. Accessibility I.e. location, decor and scenery, easily assessable or flexible, etc. 3. Work, health and safety I.e. clean, safe, etc. 4. Quality of goods and/or services I.e. good food, good movers, etc. 5. Comparison to similar for location - I.e. would I recommend this above other places

They've got lots of brands to choose from--Rowan, Austermann, Cleckheaton, Misti Alpaca, etc. Prices are decent (for Australia, anyway), and staff are super friendly and nice. Their displays are clean, fashions are modern, the colors are stylin' and I dig their accessories. Mind you, I usually have to start with their clearance section first. I am just not used to forking out more than $100 for a pair of pants. I dig Manuka and make it a point to check out this location when I'm in the area.

He looked online for the product I was looking after to see when the size and olour would be available, also he suggested me to try a similar one kids-size, which was just perfect for me because I am small! To start with the service was exceptional. I was getting…read morefishtail pants made plus shirt & waistcoat for my wedding in 7 months time. My pants were amazing, the shirt was good if not a little tight around the arms, they never measured my arms(apparently girls can't have muscles) but it fitted good. Due to a family death, I couldn't make one fitting. So was mailed the waistcoat 3 weeks before my wedding, it was too big. Sent photos to be told it'd 'flatten out after a pressing'. I pushed to get the alterations I wanted. It came back fitting much better but they took in the sides not just the darts I asked for, making it a bit tight over the hips. Also no pockets. I couldn't unpick them. This was super frustrating as I specifically asked for a pocket watch pocket. I was told 'all of our pockets open' yet when I took it to a local tailor he couldn't find any pocket and had to put in a small pocket for me. I also never got the embroidery I asked for of both of our initials and the date, not on my waistcoat inner collar or shirt. When I mentioned this, it was never responded to. I feel as soon as I paid my last payment (just before my waistcoat was posted out to me) they dropped me like I was too much trouble. I would of thought 7 months would be plenty of time, but 5 days out and it's not what I paid for. So dissapointed as I paid over $2000, I will never use or recommend these people to anyone ever. It seems all the men are happy they just can't cope with women's bodies, no matter what they tell you.
