Personally i don't expect to go into a shop secondhand or not and pay for an item that is in an unfit state. I work in retail myself and would never treat or speak to a customer like this.

They also sell drinks and crisps at a reduced price. There are lots of members of staff around to help, although the ones I've spoken to haven't been particularly friendly. There are some good deals and often interesting designs that are good quality. There are changing rooms where you can see if the item fits but you need to ask to be let in. They then have a DIY section which is well stocked though sometimes Poundland just across the way may stick it for a cheaper price.
