It's where we get gas, get snacks, get Cinnabon, and all that, but also it's spacious, feels safe, and has everything you might want or need and then some. It's so much a part of our road trips that we don't even think or talk about stopping there - we just do. This place takes part in the shell fuel rewards program. However, they don't follow the fuel rewards programs rules or guidelines. Instead, I believe, they are using the fuel rewards program as a hook, and then, cheat the customer out of the customers discount--at least that was my experience. Take note of this address and steer clear of these unprofessional cheats. I am sure that not all Shell stations operate like this. At least I hope not.

This particular Pilot Travel Center was certainly on the low end of the scale. The card readers didn't work at the pumps. The bathrooms were a mess, and without enough employees working the cash registers the line quickly backed up into the nearby aisles. So they've got gas if you need it, but it comes with a side of aggravation. But maybe they were just having a bad day. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and give them two stars instead of just one.
