The food is amazing here! We came in HUNGRY and ordered lots to make sure we get enough, to find, we ordered too much!! The portions are generous! I had the 3 Taco Kip!! they are soft tacos and FILLED with amazing ingredients!! My husband had the Kip Enchilada and it looked AMAZING, PACK WITH CHICKEN!! Gringo's does NOT skimp on their portions and prices are nice too! I will be coming here lots!! I already crave it again!! Only thing, on the Nachos, they should cover it with melted cheese and have a meat option! We still ordered a second round of nachos though!! haha OH!! DRINKS!! they have great DRINKS!!!! If you are in need of Mexican food, like I am on a regular bases, try Gringo's!!!

A fresh, well cooked meal for less than 9€. It is surely one of my favorite spots in the city. If I have to make a suggestion it would be to offer a side tortilla when you order a burrito (not given even if you ask for it). Other than it, almost a perfect place.

The one thing that might be better is the consistency. Every time we get take out food, the size of the dishes differ. Sometimes it's a lot, sometimes it's not. The slab of spare ribs is consistent but the chili con carne with rice often in different containers meaning different sizes. Also they often forget to give you your complete order so always check when you order take out food :)

My friends and I made a reservation for a Friday evening and good that we did because the place was packed! Go for the menu, it helps with your FOMO since they will serve you all dishes on their menu: loaded nachos & guac, all quesadillas and all tacos. The nachos were truly loaded, not like some other places where they give you one slice of tomato and a single jalapeno. The quesadillas were tasty but in my opinion not cheesy enough. But the stars of the evening were the tacos: that evening they had sweet potato, pulled pork, lamb and zucchini. To be honest, if you would have had me choose a la carte, I would have gone for pulled pork but it ended to be my least favorite. The sweet potato and lamb ones were delicious and even though I was quite full, I wanted more of them. The service was a bit hit and miss, maybe because they had a quite large group that evening. They were a bit slow but in the end, we got our drinks refilled and the food came out at a decent pace so since it is the first time I actually enjoyed my tacos in Antwerp, I am willing to be flexible. Really?), that were not fully melted. Tacos were tasty (even the sweet potato with dried candies garbanzo beans), but the tortilla reminded me of a wonton wrapper and was TINY! This was definitely the first time I've had curly parsley on a taco. Odd, but not bad. Not sure I would go back, but it was good to experience. Service was very friendly.

My mojito was delicious and we were able to find some comfortable seating upstairs. Once it became later, the seating area became too crowded and loud for my taste.
