It was so thoughtful of her to keep me connected to them when I missed them so much. When my trip got unexpectedly extended by two weeks, Amanda was incredibly flexible and didn't raise the rate, simply updating my invoice until I returned. However, Amanda is no longer at Canine, and with every visit, there seems to be a different staff (red flag). During the last visit, I was very disappointed in the quality of the grooming. My dog's nails were barely trimmed, she was covered in loose hair, did not smell clean, and was desperate to get out of there, which was out of character for her. She wasn't herself for several days. There appears to be a lot going on at Canine. A drop in the quality of grooming, increased pricing, an additional charge for using a credit card, and high employee turnover are all signs of a business in distress. I probably could work around some of these issues, but the fact that now my dog is literally scared about going there is just not acceptable.

Canine Solutions has a fire hydrant in the middle of the grass. It took me a few minutes to try and figure out if it was real or fake. After realizing how much time my dogs took peeing on the fire hydrant, it dawned on me why it was there. The staff loves dogs. All of the cute pictures on the walls and the kindness and care they showed for my dogs was truly special. When I picked up my dogs after their grooming, the dogs looked great! But even more important, they were calm and happy. My dogs enjoyed their time at Canine Solutions. Looking forward to bringing my dogs back for their next grooming. My dog was extremely sick and I took him this morning to get seen and they told me it would be a while. I told them I would have to drop my dog off with my dad and he would bring him back because I had to go to work. The receptionist with the bad attitude told me that was fine and to make sure my dad checked him when he got back. When my dad brought my dog back, she lied and said she told me to bring him back later in the week, they were booked and unable to see him. That is officially the last time I will EVER bring my pets there.
