Had other issues wrong after I was there for an oil change. They left a spark plug loose and a spark plug wire off.

Can't ask for better service! The staff at this location really helped me out tremendously with my…read morecar and tire issue. I came in with a leaking tire and didn't know where it was coming from. Mark quickly diagnosed the issue and found the puncture site immediately after dipping the tire. Even showed me how. Ultimately, I purchased a new tire for the right back passenger side at a very reasonable price complete with installation. Mark, Jordan and the whole crew here are a pleasure with which to work. I was in and out in no time and drank free coffee while I waited. Outstanding service. Highly recommend for all of your tire needs! Thanks, guys!

I told them what happened and what I wanted done. The neglected to tell me they were not equipped to flush power steering. They emptied the power steering fluid and did not fill it back up, they did not flush it, the fluid was still black. Then they gave back the van without telling me which could have ruined my power steering pump. Now the fluid is leaking and I have to keep refilling it when there was no leak before I went there. Before that I never had to pour fluid in it. They also neglected to tell me that the brake master cylinder needed to be replaced for safety because transmission fluid would ruin the master cylinder and brake line seals. I know they were aware of this because when my husband called to complain they admitted it on the phone. They gave the money back for the power steering but refused to refund the brake fluid which needed to be replaced after they did it (if they even did) because we have to replace the master cylinder. So because of them I had to pay TWICE to flush my brake lines since I had to have someone else do it right. They were very rude to my husband when he asked them to refund for what they made me pay for but they didn't do. Again, it was obvious they knew the master cylinder needed to be replaced for safety and didn't tell me. They knew they didn't have the equipment to flush the power steering so they lied about doing it and just emptied it. Before it was NOT leaking and now I have to pour fluid in the power steering every single day.

Well after he got…read morehis car back and they gave him another round of awesome service I decided what the heck I will just have them take a look at my suv. Paul and his manager really assisted me amazingly. Gave me a call, said it was just something minor with my tire, which I expected to have them say like most places "oh you need new tires" blah blah. Honestly why I dread taking my car in places. But let me tell you, Paul put my car anxiety at ease. He let me know it was minor, and if I wanted i could get new tires, but there was nothing truly wrong with them. I mentioned I wasn't sure if it was shaking a little /pulling and he said let me call you back I will personally go check it for you. I mean come on, that's quality service, most places would be like pulling teeth to have them go above and beyond. I hate to admit this, but my husband was right. This place rocks and is awesome. I understand why he goes when ever there is any car issues. He got his breaks, rotators done with an oil change and got it back in less than a day. (More so because timing of us picking it up.) but was done same day. Seriously can not recommend this place enough, the prices are amazing, you don't get pushed to do anything you don't truly need/want. They are up front about it and honest. Which is very rare to find now a days. Thanks Big chief for putting my mind to ease and being so awesome. BIG CHEIF FOR THE WIN!

The facility is just dirty. My dad ran a shop up north when I was growing up. The waiting room…read more was small but inviting, had beverages, coffee ect. Our customers were always happy withe accommodations. This place is just plain dirty and uncomfortable. Its more than providing a good service but its about making the consumer spy while they wait too. I was in my office clothes and felt like I needed to go home and change. Ants all over the waiting room floor no coffee, no water, cob webs open ceilings just nasty. Did they fix my tire ya, but sitting in there was gross. Maybe they had a recent leak. But there's no reason for these conditions. You have the space invest in it

This is mainly for the ladies who never know where to go or who to trust when they have car issues…read more I went to Tire Kingdom on Normandy Blvd because the location closest to me had no electricity. I had what I presumed was a screw in the thread in my tire not the wall and though I believed it to be fixable finding somewhere open was not easy as it was Sunday. I get there finally and am told it will cost in total about $32 more than I wished but I believed at that time that beggars cannot be choosers...so said he! Now I'm telling you my outcome and I don't want you to assume that this is going to be the case for all but Troy (a name that I'll cling to for all time) charged me nothing! As in Zero Dollars as in his own words it was a tiny screw. Now I don't know about the rest of you ladies but anywhere else I would be paying the full price but the Lord don't put you where you're not supposed to be. To all the guys working on a Sunday at Tire Kingdom on Normandy Blvd, I thank you from the bottom of my heart...thank you!!

Ej’s Auto Repair Shop - I may be an idiot but they could've given me a total amount of the price, not break it down and let me figure it out.

So really, all they did was the labor and it was less than $2K. Very affordable but. I got a fuel pump done recently and it was over $1,200 with them finding the parts and labor. Definitely overpriced. I got upset because the text message that the wife sent wasn't clear enough for me to know the final price was. After arguing with both the husband and the wife, I asked them to remove the parts. It took the husband less than 15 minutes to do it. I was being charged 3.6 hours at $145 an hour for a less than one hour job. YouTube has a step by step 30 minute video only one tool needed. Both of their responses were "we charge you for what we know not what we do". The husband doesn't even know English. I found all the parts for less than $350 on rockauto.com with guarantees and they were charging $440 parts for an Audi parts just because the cars come from the same maker. Only reason this isn't a one star is because the wife wasn't upset with me, even after I was rude. But they didn't even respect my car when they returned it.

Get an invoice before they do work, don't assume they are honest. They initially quoted me $750 and increased to $2,100 for additional repairs they pressured me to get without an invoice. They said the previous mechanic left bolts loose, etc. I had my previous mechanic come to EJ's to talk about the mistakes they found with his work. That's when my previous mechanic told me that they are liars & scammers. He was shocked that they gutted my car as it's unnecessary to remove the engine to replace the clutch. It's not necessary to remove my wheels to access the clutch. They also double-charged me for labor ($750 + $800) which they haven't broken down in the invoice. They've had my car for 2 weeks, gutted it, and let my car sit on the lot as they worked on other vehicles. I've been without transportation for 2 weeks. I'm paying car insurance for a vehicle that I haven't driven for 2 weeks. Every day they lie saying that my car will be ready by tomorrow. I assumed this place was trustworthy from the 5-star Google reviews. The labor time for my initially requested services to change the clutch is 3-6 hours. They said my engine had a major oil leak. They've added on more unnecessary repairs while keeping my car hostage. Their business isn't secured with a complete fence. I have severe anxiety that my rims or other car parts will be stolen. I have severe anxiety that my vehicle will not be repaired correctly by someone who only speaks spanish and may not even be certified. Every day that goes by that my car is not repaired, I panic. This is a Honda civic, they are easy cars to repair, they have several youtube videos on the clutch replacement steps for my model. I feel stupid for trusting this business. Scammers! Beware, they will ruin your $7,000 vehicle investment. I was just getting ready to sell it too. Having the clutch changed was my final issue before I sell it! Now i'm out $2,000, filing a BBB complaint, and will likely have to pay more money for someone else to fix their mistakes. Expensive lesson that I had to learn, but nobody deserves this.

I was greeted immediately by two gentlemen. One, the sales manager, Joshua, went above and beyond to assist me. I had already "researched" and knew that there were companies that manufactured windshield wiper blades to fit my car. He looked it up on the computer and located them on the display for me. When we walked to my car to install them, that is when my trouble started. Turns out, my 5 year old car still had the original blades and one had broken. Then, we discovered that just because manufacturers say that blades will fit your car doesn't mean they will. (Surprise!) Joshua tried a couple of different brands and styles before giving up. (We realized I had to go to a dealership.) But he didn't let me leave before temporarily fixing my broken wiper blade with electrical tape to prevent it from flying off and scratching my windshield. The entire time he was pleasant, polite and very professional. As a bonus - he also showed me the trick to replacing my front and rear wipers easily and without breaking them, which came in handy since the dealership had a policy of non-assistance. Thanks to him, I was able to replace mine on my own within minutes with little fuss and almost no swearing. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for this particular Pep Boys and I'm glad they still hire great, honest workers.
