My favorite art medium is glass and I have to say they have museum-quality glass here! WOW. You could place these items in your home as artwork and some of the pieces are so conspicuous that no one would know they are smoking accessories. Seriously. But I wasn't here for that, I needed some CBD. The girl at the store was helpful, but a bit vague about what some of the products did. We asked a few questions but seriously... VAGUE. Didn't get straight answers to some of our questions. That's ok, we were with people who knew their thing and helped us out. Cool little head shop in a great spot of Louisville. We walked in and were amazed at the selection and art surrounding us. They have a HUGE geode that was breathtaking and impressive, you'll have to walk in just to check it out. The guy working was extremely personable and easy to chat with. I love the store! I always receive very friendly service especially from Mindy. They have the best prices and quality on Kratom. Their competitor just one street over on Barrett Avenue charges eight dollars more for a 30 g pack of Kratom powder and it's complete junk. Their house brand of red maeng da saved my life and provides a quality mind boost and sense of well-being that I have not found anywhere else. You know, I never thought I would review a smoke shop. I mean, I don't smoke...anything...anymore. But, here we go anyway... From the outside, it isn't much, really. Just signage and neon on half of an old building that used to hour a chiropractor office. But inside...it is nice. Think jewelry store, but with glass pipes and other glassware. I LOVE the ray guns they have, and wish I was into frivolous spending still, because I would be collecting every damn one of them. And the kraken...I want that glass kraken!!! But, yeah...they have a great collection of glassware an other "accessories". My first time in was just to check it out while on a casual stroll. Later, I went to pick out a ecig kit for someone who really wanted to quit. The girls working there are some of the most helpful people I have met because I had no idea what I was doing. They didn't try to up-sell and gave me a quick education on ecgis and juice options. Later, I returned to buy another ecig for someone else. Still same friendly, helpful staff. Even the owner shows that he just wants happy customers. So...yeah...I love this place and the awesome people who own and run it. read more

Don't shop here - I went in to purchase a blueberry CBD cartridge - when I got home my bag contained mango cartridge. I took it back within 24 hours unopened - and the same clerk who made the mistake said - sorry about your luck. I asked to speak to a manager and was told - here's an email address. This is my first time buying any type of cartridge like this and I really feel like they took advantage of my lack of knowledge to unload unwanted merchandise. My review isn't so much about the store but the employee. I purchased a hemp bomb vape pen and the girl working the cash register asked me to 'try it' before I left and I did. But I got home and opened the box again and she SWITCHED it out with another less full pen. It's 90% empty already after taking it out of the box on day one. They're all super nice, besides this one girl who seems to always act like she's better than anyone. The girls working there are nice and friendly, they talk to you, joke to you and give you great advice! The store is beautiful and very very clean! I've always had good experiences here. Always refer to the pieces as "pipes" or "water pipes," or you will get kicked out for discussing illegal things. The employees have no problem showing you any piece that you'd like to see or explaining how something works. Mostly female staff and they don't take shit from rude customers so if you're nice to them they'll be nice to you. The glass is high quality and reasonable if you're looking for something basic. The more artistic and intricate the piece, the more costly. Glass is an art and you're paying for a piece of art so you can pay either $20, $600 or upwards of several thousands. I always go in and purchase the clearomizers because they sell them at 4 for 10 which even if I am running through 4 a month is still cheaper than buying cigarettes... Well this month I go in I buy 4 and then I buy some more fluid because I think I have not found what works for me yet... They have always been snotty, but this time i have had 3 out of the 4 tips break off.. and you cant return anything in the store... My last tip broke off from me trying to remove a hair from it that is how easy it was... I will not shop here again after this mess they sold me.. I have never had a tip break so easy.. My friend broke her tip off but it was because we were drunk and we dont know how that happened... But 3 out of the 4 in just 2 weeks... The first couple of times we went to this store where great. The staff was very eager to answer questions, offer advice and give you a great shopping experience. They actually came out from behind the counter to assist you as soon as we came in the door. About three weeks ago on one of our visits I purchased a small battery and charger. Yesterday it suddenly stopped working. So I took it back. When we came in the store no one greeted us as they had before. When we came around to the counter there were two young ladies behind the counter filling their ecig tanks and talking. As we got close the one sitting down looks up and with no enthusiasm at all asks what they can do for us. I show her the pen/battery and charger and explain that one or both of them are not working and hand it to her. She hands to the girl standing up who fiddles with it a minute and announces that the charger is bad. The one who is sitting says we can replace the charger. I said that's great. I want to also buy a bigger and better one while I am here so I can make this one my back up. The standing one then questions if they even sell that charger and looks at me like I'm lying. The sitting one tells her yes they sell them. So the standing or goes and can't find them. Comes back and her and the sitting one discuss where they might be. The standing one goes then comes back empty handed again. Says something to sitting one, spends a few minutes fiddling with the pen again and announces that it is actually the battery that is bad. Then informs me that they can't replace it and points to the sign on the counter that says "All sales final" At this point I explained that while I was aware that all sales were final I thought that any good business would replace an item that broke down after a ridiculously short time. Like less than a month. The standing one looks at me in tiumph and says. "Well you did say it worked for you some of that time" I looked at her in shock and she says "WELL DIDN'T YOU? " I left the pen and battery on the counter and walked out with my wife. We I know these guys won't miss the few hundred a year I might spend there. But my Co workers spend thousands and I plan to make sure every one of them knows how we were treated. And happily recommending Smokers Dreams right down the street read more

I forgot to bring juice for my ecig to work one day so I stopped in to pick some up on my lunch break. The girl with the purple hair (didn't catch her name) was GREAT at helping me out; friendly, nice, helpful and in general a pleasure to deal with.... however I can't say the same for the rest of the staff I've interacted with. The bald guy was pretty rude when I asked him a question when the other girl was mixing my juices, the other two employees on that shift just stared at me and made me feel awkward for existing in their shop. I figured it was just me having an off day, so I dropped by today and the purple haired girl was with another customer. There were three people working so I waited for someone else to help me. A blond girl with bangs walked by and ignored me on the first pass, when she walked by again I got her attention and was made to feel like my question and presence were an imposition. It's a shame there's only one person on staff who's good at customer service, they have a great selection of glass, their ejuices are pretty tasty, and the location is super convenient for me. Today was one of those moments that I will remember on my deathbed, as I relive the precious moments of my life. Walking into Puff Puff Pass, I was greeted by two of the most beautiful creatures to ever walk the face of the earth. Jenna and Shannon they were called. I was so struck by their presence, that I could barely articulate the reason I had stopped by. "I need coils for my Nautilus Aspire tank", I blurted out...hoping that Shannon wouldn't notice how awkward I felt, as I tried to lower my gaze out of respect for whatever man was lucky enough to have her in their lives. Shannon found the coils, however I required 1.8 ohm coils and she held in her tiny, delicate hands, a package of 1.6 ohm coils. Mesmerized by her striking lavender aura(no, really), I found it difficult to mutter the words "I need these in a 1.8". I didn't want to upset her, the thought of it is too much. It was then, that Jenna said, " I think we may have them, let me look". I had never been so impressed with someone. Here before me, an earth angel that went above and beyond just to find the proper coils for me, a has been who is just old and in the way. "If you only have them in a 1.6 ohm, it's ok", I asserted. However Jenna was on a mission, determined to find what I had came there for. And after only a few awkward moments in which I couldn't make eye contact with Shannon out of shear panic, she held them to the sky. "I found them, here you are sir!" Sir? Her mannerly reply reminded me that in fact, I was half her age. "Sweet", was my reply. I payed for my items and thanked her for her help. I then thanked Shannon for her hep as well, and vowed to never forget their kindness this day....and I won't....not ever. read more

Horrible service. HORRIBLE. I went in there once last week and tried a few juices, they took a while to help me sample some flavors but no biggy. Then, when waiting to sample a couple more, I heard one of the two girls getting REALLY snarky and rude to another customer, just because he didn't know what equipment he had. I was in line for about 10-15 minutes, and there was only 2 people in line. Very time inefficient. I went in again yesterday to *try* and get either a new ecig or tank. I was in there for over 20 minutes, waiting to look at *something* The one and only lady I saw working there spent the majority of her time helping some guys with were looking for a water pipe and some other guys who I saw in the pipe area. She told me three times "it'll just be a minute" without me saying anything, but never greeted me, and said it as though it was a chore. I went over to the water pipe side and stood there, waiting to see if she was going to get to helping me at *some* point.......and she claimed at that point that they had been waiting for 35 minutes. First, I never said anything to her. Second, I didn't see these guys when I walked in. Third, IF they were there for 35 minutes, that speaks more on their lack of timely service and lack of GOOD staff. I ended up leaving because I felt as though she just didn't care whether I got what I needed or not. I even said I felt the service was crappy, out loud, to my friend before leaving, and she didn't seem bothered by it. Shitty service Shitty staff. read more

Drove an hour and a half to this shop because the owner told me on the phone that he had all kinds of illadelph and roor glass. It says main distributor of those companies in KY. False. He has about 6 total. All minis. All way over market value. I have friends who work for illadelph and they told me this place is flat out robbing us blind. I knew it when the girl behind the counter (who by the way didn't know the difference between ceramic and quartz even though that's her job) told me the price was 900+ for a piece that retails 500 max. Overall. If you're into handbowls, this is the place for you. If you're into knowing more than the owner or people who work there, this is the place for you. But if youre serious about your glass and aren't looking to take out a mortgage to afford anything in the shop, this isnt the place for you. And those thinking "maybe you just cant afford it". I went into the shop willing to spend up 1.5K on something legit. But those mini pieces I drove an hour and a half for aren't worth it. Sticking to the instagram market. read more

The staff is rude uneducated and I hate to say it there as eye candy and nothing more. There is a shop up the road with crack pipes id rather shop at. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sell dysfunctional cartridges, China glass and say it's American made " that means in most cases child labor". The massive selection and quality is the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of zero. When I was examining a spoon and a chillum, Daisy freaked out and said I "licked all over it" when i took a dry drag from it to make sure it was air tight. How am I supposed to make sure a piece isnt defective? Amateurish and rude. I wanted to throw it at her and tell her to get bent. I won't be coming back, and neither will any of my friends. I bought a $900 dollar "illadelph" and the labels on it are already starting to fade after less than a month.
