They solely sell cheap Chinese drop-shipped products. I was sold a vape that burned my hand and…read moredidn't even work, and then when attempting to return they offered to "exchange for a gift card" (minus the service charge - I've never paid for the pleasure of being robbed before this). They also recommended that I watch YouTube videos about the product, as they didn't know how to use it. Only problem is that since it's a drop-shipped product, the only place you can find anything about it is on a shady wholesale website with no information. Not only did they only offer to refund to a gift card, this store literally only had ONE of this type of item, and never carry enough stock to be reliable of my usual purchases, so essentially I will never be able to use the gift card.

The store was not very well lit, and they were out of so many things. The guy working at the counter even made comments of how they were out of everything. Save yourself the trouble and don't go there. The guy working at the account or even told me I should probably check out another store in town. He suggested I go to 618. Told me it fell out of his gear when mountain climbing and it didn't break or pop open. I've been using that grinder pretty much every day since. He also introduced me to Randy's after I'd only been recommended meh glass cleaners. Still use Randy's, too.
