They were all very good and came with a roll and a side of beans. The croissant had a delicious egg salad on the inside with the ham, which was a pleasant surprise. The whole meal was great, but the real star was the dirty chai that we ordered. The chai was creamy, slightly spicy, and not too sweet with two shots of deeply flavorful espresso. The interior is relaxing, colorful, and a welcome retreat from the bustle of the Plaza and central Guanajuato. The funky vibe welcomes you to stay for as long as you please. Service is friendly with just the right amount of attention. Dolcets is what a family owned coffee shop and bakery should be!
