When I go to buy at this section, I am usually told that I can't pay for my purchased there and that I have to go to the front desk and ask someone to take off the tag of the bottle and then wait online on one of the registers that usually has several people waiting. When I brought this to the attention of the staff in the wine area, she stated that she was on a break so I asked her how long she said about a half hour. I believe there's something wrong with that especially in the holidays when people would like to just go and get the spirits they want without further delay or inconvenience as well as the person was extremely rude to me. I spent thousands of dollars at this location. I believe I'm just gonna go to Pueblo on Napo Velez .
