KUDOS and thanks so much to Stephanie, the cashier, for providing supreme quality customer service at Publix! The hot food in the deli was so fresh and delicious to look at during lunch! I decided to order chicken tenders, stuffing, and sweet potatoes! The store is very bright and clean as I was jamming to their 80s Playlist!

4 stars for this Publix! I come here at least once a week to get groceries and everyone is so nice but it seems that EVERY time I go to the deli to get any sort of meats all the ladies that work in the deli give me attitude. Today I walked over to the deli and this lady was talking to 4 other coworkers and I was standing there for a while and wasn't even greeted and she looked at me and I finally said "can I get a pound of Publix Swiss". She doesn't say anything and hands me half a pound of the cheese and I said "I asked for a pound, not half a pound" and she snatched the bag back from me. Then I asked for one pound of Publix turkey, and she looks at me and goes "half a pound" and I'm like "nope one pound!" So I get my turkey and guess what? She gave me 1.25lb. At this point I'm so annoyed with her so I walk away. Every department is amazing except the deli. The ladies are not attentive and apparently can't do their job. Other than that the cashiers and baggers are extremely nice and friendly! I have a one year old son and I love that in the fruit and vegetable section they let kids take bananas, apples and oranges for free to snack on while shopping.

This Publix is the closest to my home but we do not come here often. I wanted to wait outside and write this review while the Mr checked out. Not sure why they don't have benches like the other Publix we go to do - seems strange to me. Anyway rest of store is like the rest - clean, stocked, easy to navigate etc. We don't usually come to this one as a couple of times the Deli department has not been as quick as our other store. Today we are going to a Yelp event in this center so stopping in for my favorite Publix Buffalo Chicken Sub on multigrain bread. Soooo yummy!! If you have not had one... run!! Great price and value!!

"Welcome to Publix!" Wait... Did an employee just greet me at the door? YES! Not only did I stand there stunned, but I almost cried at the fact that an employee AT A GROCERY STORE greeted me when I walked in!! Shoot, I don't even get this level of service from the highest of quality businesses! Maybe I'm overreacting and this is normal, so let's move on... Overall, I had a great time and experience at Publix. The outside was nice and the inside looked like any other grocery store. The selection was wide and they sold everything at a pretty decent price. I decided to try out some pastries from this Publix and I was surprised at how good they were! They almost beat Shopper's Grocery donuts (Northerner Store Reference)! If you are passing by and just need some things, then this is the place to go! The employees are some of the nicest in Orlando. Plus this Publix is just out of reach of most tourists! (Let me just end by saying that not many people in this area know how good these Publix's are! Just come to VA and see the difference between my grocery stores and this grocery store!)

If that was the case each time, I'd bring the toppings myself since they hold up a line or question management how to make it, read their paper, etc. When we went to the Publix by Lake Eola, the worker who prepared my sub was much quicker and efficient. Vegan cheese, the meatless deli slices, etc. and it came out fantastic. We also arrived near closing and they gave us excellent service. My family ordered their own sandwiches and enjoyed them, but I usually expect difficulty when it comes to placing my vegan sandwich order. This Publix was different and I appreciate how hip they are with the times. They knew what vegan meant, they knew which sandwich I was referring to (Meatless Turkey Club). Even if not everyone orders the sandwich, why advertise it / have on the menu if your workers aren't going to keep the ingredients ready? Well done Publix by Lake Eola! I had to save down your store number and write a passionate review on Yelp of your great care on my simple plant-based sandwich.

There was a person who was arrested for serious crimes. I had nothing to do with it but the police used deadly force in my person and a within the same week I was almost murdered in a car accident which seemed more so like premeditated and attempted murder. When I was in the area recently there was people stalking me and asking me to pay for their food and such , which I felt very intimidated honestly. As I was waiting to move into an apartment, and have college courses to work on it seems highly inappropriate how I was treated and all my belongings paid for through my hard labor including , construction work through apprenticeships, other employment opportunities, my educational funds from scholarships, and such all missing, stolen, or damaged, and people even stole records and I pay for insurance policies to even replace my documents which no one should have ever been touching to begin with. No one should have been entering in my personal residence. And as I followed my insurance policy contract and contacted police as even required by my insurance policy the police even committed police misconduct during the process and I still dont have my insurance policy funds as required to my contract. When I worked at a public briefly in 2021 When I was employed i treated the customers and clients in each place with nothing but respect and completed my work with nothing but the highest standards, and to be denied career opportunities, financial compensation, or even the opportunity to open my own business or any thing in that nature is a problem.

I say so because it reflects the reality of this store...a TRUE exception to the brand. The store is somewhat well organized with wide, clean aisles and well marked departments. I didn't bother too much with bakery or deli, but they seemed adequate enough, albeit with minimal variety. There are two sets of shorter aisles in lieu of one set of very long aisles. A third longitudinal aisle bisects the place all the way across making for shorter trips on more aisles rather than nearly as many in the longer aisles one generally finds in grocery stores around here. There's a more pronounced selection of ethnic and international stuff than what I normally see at W-D. There's even a good sized kosher section full of overpriced (but theologically correct) groceries. It is apparent that the store caters to the vast multitudes staying in all the resort properties around here whilst blowing their budgets of bucks, Euros, Pesos, Rials, Rupees, Rubles, Yen, Yuans or Pounds Sterling on ridiculously rich rodents or wondrously wealthy whales. That said, I did enjoy my trek thru here and thumbing my nose at the granddaddy grocer in the green getup from the sunshine state. Cashiers seemed friendly too, as is not always the case with W-D. The store, as alluded to earlier, is very clean, quite big and totally un-Winn-Dixie-like. If you're also coming to spend time in the shadows of these theme parks and prefer to do your own cooking, etc. then this is a good alternative!

The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, which already sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Once inside, you quickly realize just how expansive this market truly is--you could easily spend an hour (or more) exploring every aisle without even noticing the time go by. What makes this market stand out is its depth and authenticity. As an Asian supermarket, it offers an extraordinary range of products that go far beyond what you'll find in standard grocery stores. The produce section alone is worth the visit--fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, many of which are unique or hard to find elsewhere, are beautifully displayed and constantly restocked. As you move through the aisles, you'll discover an impressive selection of: Specialty herbs, spices, and seasonings Authentic sauces and condiments from across Asia An entire world of noodles, rice varieties, and pantry staples A wide assortment of snacks, beverages, and imported goods If you're cooking Asian cuisine, you will find absolutely everything you need here--no exceptions. It's the kind of place where both home cooks and seasoned food lovers can get inspired just by walking through the aisles. Beyond groceries, Lotte Plaza Market feels more like an international marketplace. You'll find plants, beauty products, and specialty items, adding to the overall experience and making it more than just a place to shop--it's a place to explore. A helpful tip: since many items are imported, be mindful to check expiration dates on packaged goods, and keep an eye out for promotions. Some products can be on the pricier side, but there are definitely great deals if you take a moment to browse. One of the highlights--and honestly one of the main reasons I return--is the indoor food court-style dining area. There are several small eateries where you can order directly at the counter. While the setup is casual and straightforward, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--perfect for a quick and delicious stop during your visit. To elevate the experience even further, the market also features a French bakery, along with beauty boutiques and a hair salon, giving it the feel of a small international plaza rather than a traditional grocery store. Overall, Lotte Plaza Market delivers on every level--selection, authenticity, and experience. Whether you're shopping for specific ingredients, discovering new products, or simply stopping in for a quick bite, it's absolutely worth the visit. Even if you're not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is the kind of place you go to explore, learn, and enjoy something different. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip--you'll understand why the moment you walk in.
