Unfortunately I feel this location suffers from poor management. I often drive past this location to the much better experience on 68th. Today's experience was a reminder of the usually slow service at the deli and resulted in me leaving without my order. The lady trying to taking my order seemed to have no patience for me because she was unfamiliar with what I was ordering, "Jamón Bourbon ridge de la Boars Head". After the third time she said, " pero provolone es queso" and then asked the next person in line for his order. La pobre vieja no sabe adónde está parada! When I called her out for moving on to the next customer, she gave me attitude. I walked away. I'm sure Boars Head would appreciate it if the deli workers had some knowledge on their products beyond Jamón dulce, queso amarillo and pavo bajo en sal.

This is the worst Publix ever if Corporate spent a week there they would have to hire new employees and trained them properly. Meat department tells the customer you have to buy 3 chicken breast instead of 2 because what are they going to do with one. The Deli Department try so hard not to work. They spend too much time talking. The Cashier are slow and on top of that talking about other employees. The other day a bag boy talking to cashier that did not have customer in her lane when there were 4 cashiers with long lines that he could of help. The Produce Department the worst I have ever seen. You could call and complain and nothing being done. I rather go to another Publix then this one. Im going to buy 2 things takes me 45 minutes. I feel like Im at the BODEGITA in a third world country.

This is probably the coolest Publix's I've ever been to. Ever. Catering to the Hispanic and Latino population of Hialeah, this Publix is a huge Publix "Sabor", or flavor. From a hot bar to a small coffee shop, this Publix has all your ethnic food needs. All the signs have a Spanish translation for those who prefer it. I wanted a cafe con leche from the small cafe but they close at 8. It was 8:30. It was a sad rest of the night for sure. I had a quick look at the hot bar and there were some Latino flavor staples. Black beans and yellow rice, plantains and more! Looked tasty. We ended up picking up some Mexican ice cream from the frozen section. Guava ice cream and mango Popsicles! This was such a different experience and I really enjoyed this location of Publix Sabor.

This isn't a Publix. It's a Publix Sabor. The inclusion of the Spanish word "Sabor" in the name testifies to the importance of "Taste." They've done that by adding important Hispanic-influenced food products here in this mammoth store that is actually nicer and bigger than most Publix I've seen all around Miami. For the Americans, it is still a mainstream store that offers normal products that can be found at other Publix. For the Hispanos, there are more Latin American products on the shelves than other Publix. But Sedano's, Bravo, Tropical, and other Hispanic grocery chains still may offer more than this Publix. The deli has plenty of Hispanic food offering and there is also a cafeteria in the premises. This store provides a win-win situation for everyone in heavily Hispanic-influenced Miami.

Franky's Deli Warehouse - Philly cheese steak

Franky's Deli Warehouse

His level of customer service immediately stood out, he genuinely takes the time to guide first-time customers and make them feel comfortable. Frank suggested what he considers the four must-try sandwiches for a first visit: the Italian, Tuna, Corned Beef & Pastrami, and the Philly Cheesesteak. I followed his recommendation and tried the tuna sandwich, which was outstanding, fresh, perfectly balanced, and generously prepared. I also took a Tuna sandwich to go for my wife after trying it and ordered the Italian to try later, which I'm already looking forward to. What impressed me most was not just the quality of the food but the overall experience. Frank's knowledge of his menu, his willingness to help customers decide, and his genuine pride in the deli create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. If you love great sandwiches, top-notch service, and an owner who truly cares about the customer experience, I highly recommend Franky's Deli Warehouse to anyone. It's the kind of place that quickly becomes a favorite.

These guys are legit!…read more Best sandwiches in town, period. I won't argue this matter. Great variety, fresh ingredients, friendly service and fair prices. None of the New Miami nonsense. Can't beat that. My only regret? I only discovered them 2 weeks ago. So far I've tried their Famous Italian, the Corned Beef & Pastrami and their tuna sandwich, and they are all awesome. Trust me, go, they'll take care of you.

Great music and friendly staff. What we ordered- Croquetas 10/10 - Soft creamy inside and lightly crispy on the outside. Drizzled with a aioli style sauce. (In my opinion)the croquetas were so good they didn't need any sauce. Churassco w/ white rice, black beans and plantains 10/10 ohh this is everything a churassco should be. Juicy, tender and cooked full of so much flavor. The rice was perfect not sticky just perfectly fluffy and not oily and the beans are exactly what I always hope to be served at any Cuban restaurant. Absolutely delicious and full of so much flavor. I mean if they told me Abuela had made them I would totally believe it. Chefs kiss The hubs ordered the Picanha with morro rice and plantains 10/10 No crumbs or grains of rice was left on his plate! Absolutely delicious Needless to say this place is an absolute must! Definitely will be back

I came by their new location in Westland Mall today since I was shopping and I was hungry. However,…read morewith slow service and nickel and diming (18 percent automatic tip) and smallish portions I don't think I'll be back. Having had a quick workday lunch and walked around the mall, I had worked up an appetite. I was seated in a corner table for two and my order was taken. The restaurant did not seem that crowded even for a Friday night but it felt like a long wait. Unlike many Cuban places, they don't offer complimentary bread. I ordered their "platanos a tentacion" (bacon wrapped sweet plantains), grilled chicken and moros. The rice was a little hard and the chicken breast on the small side and barely seasoned other than the onions garnishing it. Service didn't feel very attentive for me as a solo diner. Between finishing my dinner and waiting to order either dessert or cafecito, I also sat and waited until a waitress finally came by. At that point, I just got the coffee and my check. I don't believe I was offered a printed receipt, just the card terminal. I asked if the tip was included and pretty much in time when I was putting the usual tip (trying to be generous with 20 percent) I was told that it was a service charge, and that the tip was extra, but had full amounts starting with 18%. So basically I paid 30% tip for a small portion of food and inattentive service. Looking back, I see that this restaurant had a different name and I had enjoyed dinner at their other location six years back. It's disappointing to see how it has fallen off. As it were, a lot of the original creative items on the menu are no longer being offered.

Conveniently located on 53rd and 83rd, with tons of free parking and indoor and outdoor seating offered. Staff are super nice and friendly. They make fresh soups daily that are delicious and homemade. None of that pre-packaged garbage sold at chains. They also have a special of the day daily. For me, its's Tuesdays and Thursdays but all days are great. Tuesdays are taco Tuesdays - you can choose your choice of tacos and toppings. I recommend chicken and beef. On Thursdays, check out the Philly Cheese Steak and get it as it comes. It's so delicious!! The wraps are also fire. I love the Italian wrap. You can get it with as many fresh toppings as you want but their delicious honey mustard better be one of them. They have all types of wraps, subs, and salads. The place is immaculately clean at all times and the food is extremely fresh. You'll never find a brown vegetable or wilted lettuce. Prices are also very reasonable. They also have cuban coffee, breakfast items, and delicious venezuelan treats like tequeños. You can thank me later. Highly recommend you try my favorite Doral lunch spot. Let me tell you, the quest was long and hard. This place definitely filled a deep hole in reliable lunch spots of Doral.
