The good: Lynn was as helpful and friendly as can be. My guess is that water damage would not be an issue for my goods as the lockers were raised. The driveway is paved, the place is well lit and relatively secure. The Bad: Cost is lower if you buy online. When I signed up, I didn't know this. Shame on me. The first month is $1.00, but you need to buy a lock from them for $25.00 then you have to pay an administration fee for $25.00. They asked for my social security number to rent a locker? The Ugly: So three days after signing up I realized that I needed a larger locker. Now I lost the $1,00 first month, and I would have needed to pay the in-store higher cost in order to avoid the $25.00 administrative fee. I left a message for the district manager, but there was no return call. I just could not deal with that. Budget Mini Storage down the road a bit was about half the cost. Folks were friendly, and there were none of the BS fees that PSA wanted to charge me. Day and night difference and I got to do business with a local family. I just wish that I went there first and it did not hurt that Budget is HALF THE COST. read more

This review is long overdue from me. I have been a tenant since 2006. I have always experience good service. However, Lynn from this store location has been exceeding helpful to me. On one occasion during the transition of the company, my lock was change thru a mix-up. I was at the site with my key and did not realized the lock had be changed. I panic because I had someone from out of town picking up some items. I eventually call the office - by chance and Lynn was there and save the day. I spoke with Lynne and Monigue at the Public Storage on some assistance with transporting furniture and although Public Storage does not do this they provide me with 4 names and phone numbers in the yellow pages of the local phone book that provide this service. They had excellent customer service and if I decide to store any of the furniture I was going to move I would certainly go back and store it with Public Storage all because of the excellent customer service these two ladies provided when I entered the location and then asked my questions.
