The beer was cold, and for a traveling American, their prices are very reasonable. Three people can (or at least could) eat dinner and get bombed on beer and vodka for about $70 USD. I never really got to test how well the staff speaks English as I had translators, but this is the place where the local SCUBA diving staff hangs out, so finding someone who speaks English is not a problem here. It is a nice, comfortable place, in a nice and small town.
