To drink: Always my go to a Mojito, what I really liked about this one was that the ice cubs were almost crushed tiny cubs, which added a very nice touch to drink. Another drink I had was sex on the beach, the best one I've ever had. It has a polish touch to it. To nibble on: chicken wings, these wings were the best I've ever had in Europe. Very crisp, dry rub with a hint of spice nice and not overwhelming heat, served with a sauce similar to ranch. We also tried the chicken strips also very delicious, served with a creamy sauce which had dill and some other spices. The gastropub consists of three levels, right when you walk in there is an outside garden area which is great to sit during late nights! Walking through the main doors is the bar, a bathroom. Downstairs (basement) there are seats and booth which has a much quieter atmosphere. Up the spiral stairs you will find a newly renovated area with an additional bar, seating area, bathrooms, and a old school juke box! The lamps shades were hand made, the metal sign on the wall custom made. Very nicely decorated. We had the honor to meet the bar owner himself Jacek, a young man with a true passion. Extremely friendly and very customer oriented! When in Warsaw make sure you take a stroll down Chmelnia and stop at Chmelnik.

Beyond the expected Brewdog beers, they feature a wonderful selection of Polish craft brews and other guest drafts. I started with a pint of my favorite Jet Black Heart (so smooooth) and moved on to a flight featuring some guest drafts (wish I remembered which) and Brewdog's chai spiced imperial brown ale. HATED this last one, tasted like rotten banana, but everything else was excellent. Fun, funky vibe, friendly staff, and great pub food.

It hit the spot. For my meal I got a burger which was great, menu was in Polish but bartender helped explain things to me (other than a few words like tomato my Polish vocab is lacking!). The fries had some rosemary or spices on them and were delicious. It was a lot of food and I couldn't finish it. Next up I got a beer they just tapped while I was there which was awesome. The bartender was happy to serve little tastes of the beers first to make sure you liked them. I'll definitely be back on my next business trip!

We Drank Vodka if that makes it any less of a sin.... a walnut vodka and a mint vodka... both tremendous and the two drinks I blame for what turned into an all nighter pub crawl which left me feeling really quite miserable in Warsaw airport at 10am the next morning. It's a nice bar, there was live music going on upstairs (sort of a beer-hall vibe going on), a good lively crowd and a good atmosphere... well worth a shot... if you'll pardon the pun.
