Debbie, the lady at front desk, answered. It was close to close so I didn't want to keep her long but she answered all my questions and offered to call my insurance provider to make sure we knew exactly what we'd be getting into. I happily obliged and hung up, thinking, it's almost 7, she'll call me back tomorrow. I got a call back, at about 720, after close, with my insurance info! Immediately I felt that we may have found a good one. Naturally I told them about our previous experience when we met Dr Iodice. He assured us that he could help my husband get back to a better state without charging us necessarily for things. The first visit we met with the Dr and he did a full exam on my husband including some stress tests on the body (wall sitting and various others) and monitoring how he is walking/favoring anything. The whole time he's calling various things out (over my head but all medical jargon) to an assistant who is noting everything for his chart. It really was unreal to see how much he could get just from his experience and without having to do dozens of xrays!! We were starting to feel pretty confident about this guy! We started with seeing him 2 times/week for 4 weeks and then backed down to 1 and now he's seeing him once every other week. I asked him today how he feels about coming here and nearly all his problems don't exist anymore. He feels better day to day and has more energy. His tailbone still hurts but we're almost 100% sure he broke it 2 years ago so we're still actively working on that. I can honestly say we really appreciate everything they've done to help us. And Debbie at the front always is SO kind and makes you feel like she's known you forever. We're very happy here and I'm even considering scheduling an appointment (I can't stand the sound of the bones popping, makes me want to throw up lol!) But that's really saying something.
