Kimberly had in formed me of this before I knew and told me he would have two surgeries. She said I would have to pay just a little payment 2nd surgery coast $120 lol. First surgery January 11th at UCLA MEDICAL CENTER Second one June 29th. My daughter needs a cornea transplant. Corneas from a deceased person. Kimberly said she wouldn't need it. They have something else for her. On May 9th she had the cross linking procedure. Which isn't permanent like Kimberly said. That if this fails then will need the transplant. The day I talked to Kimberly. 10 mins later my daughter called me and when we got too the hospital they said she needed surgery in May just like Kimberly predicted. Xzavier was scheduled for the second surgery a little after Tamea had the crossing linking procedure. My can't talk but he was breaking out badly. We took him to the hospital. Finally I asked Kimberly what is wrong with Xzavier she said it's his clothes it the detergent lol we moved to sensitive detergent now he hasn't broke out in months. Kimberly's No doctor but she's helped me medically with my son who can't talk doctors couldn't help. She said I would get my Diabetes together. And now my sugar is under control. Well, where do I start. I was recommended this place through family and friends and my experience…read morehere was not great at all. I purchased the tarot cards and palm reading here and it went really well. Crystal convinced me to try out the crystal therapy she recommended for me. I've always been extremely unsure if any of this is real, but I decided to take a leap of faith because I felt like I had nothing to lose. I purchased the crystal therapy, which was not cheap at all, and we had two sessions. Now, I wasn't told how many sessions there would be for the crystal therapy, but crystal told me she would contact me when we could have another session. A month passes by and I have not heard from anyone at all. I figured they must have forgotten or gotten sidetracked because life does happen. So I decided to reach out and see what was going on. I got a reply, and was scheduled that Thursday at 1 pm. Once I got to the shop, I was told that the appointment was not until the next day, Friday. Even though I had text messages saying Thursday at 1 pm, people make mistakes and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Now here's where the doubt started to settle in. Friday came around, I asked what time our appointment was and was asked to reschedule for the next week. I agreed and let crystal know that I was free Tuesday, just not at 2 pm, and again never received a time for an appointment. I waited a couple of days and decided to contact crystal again and I was left on read. I've been ignored by this place, I've paid a lot of money for services which I did not fully receive. All I want is to receive what I paid for. I'll continue to reach out to finish the crystal therapy I paid for about 2 months ago. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I did not have a great experience here. I feel as if I got conned out of my money.
