I tend to be pretty skeptical of mediums, but from meeting her and from my girlfriend's experience, there was 0 cold reading done and she knew specific things that only the deceased and my girlfriend knew. Carol seems to be the real deal. So if you want a real medium, she's the one. They also have singing bowls, incense/sage, books, yoga clothes and jewelry.
