Much easier then having to attend the hospital. Staff are friendly, reception area and rooms are clean and bright. Parking directly near the clinic can be a bit of a challenge however if you are happy and able to walk a little distance there is free parking in the surrounding side streets.

Not a long waiting time compared to other physios, the most you'll ever wait will be 5 minutes, but that's extremely rare. The clinicians are always on time every time I come. Their approach is like no other. I felt comfortable with Primal and they've fixed up my broken body hahaha. Definitely worth my money and time. I now come for remedial massage and the occasional physio appointments. Def recommend the pilates reformer classes as well. Coming here actually makes exercise fun! The pressure is firm but not painful, and he actively listens and adapts the massage accordingly. The space is clean and relaxing without being over the top. Price is fair for the quality.
