Absolutely horrible service. I was extremely disappointed with the poor attitude of one of their employees who I spoke with on the phone.

He absolutely refused to answer my emails, texts, FB messenger requests, or calls. Ditto when our designer tried to get him. He eventually got back to the designer and stated he would not be answering us back and would by no means be making the small repair. This was probably a 15 minute fix on a $6,000 project. Since then the fabric has begun to sag and a main seam on the arm has come undone.
