Only then did they tell me that it would be a couple of more weeks. Finally when I picked it up, she may as well have thrown it at me. Not a single thank you for your business. Maybe I didn't spend enough money in their store. $280 for 2 rolls of wallpaper. I won't be back that is for sure. I would drive to another city first.

Initially I felt the work Jeremy did was quite good. After a few days I realized one of the seams…read moredown in the crevice of the sofa was still open and a small amount of stuffing was poking out. He absolutely refused to answer my emails, texts, FB messenger requests, or calls. Ditto when our designer tried to get him. He eventually got back to the designer and stated he would not be answering us back and would by no means be making the small repair. This was probably a 15 minute fix on a $6,000 project. Since then the fabric has begun to sag and a main seam on the arm has come undone.
