Same sq ft of roof is on his side as mine. His insurance came and checked and told them it will cover for thirteen thousand dollars. But allstate told me the roof is perfect and they cover zero!!! The roof has hurricane damage. But the adjuster kept saying he cannot see "hail damage" and I kept saying of course not. It was a hurricane. Not a hail. I called the ladies in the office three times before heading that direction and they were super duper friendly and helpful and just plain nice....which was refreshing compared to how people sometimes act when they don't really have to be nice because you don't have much of a choice of using the service or not. I arrived and they checked my application over and gave me a receipt and all under 10 minutes which is freakin' fantastic. Parking was available at meters for a mere 25 cents....which is pretty much unheard of when having to go to the big city to visit these government buildings. Although my day was long with a 2 hour drive each way...it was successful.
