I had a one session with her that lasted a few hours and I experienced major breakthroughs. We uncovered some blockages I created at a young age and we removed them right away. The relief I felt immediately is indescribable. All I can say about that is we all deserve this sense of liberty from our pain. I imagine other methods to get the same results would take much, much longer. It can be difficult to make corrections and relieve traumas on our own. Ive tried through books and other methods to get information. That's another reason I would give anyone the recommendation to work with Aga. It was about an hour long and Aga gently led the class through a dreamscape journey that was wonderful and refreshing. I came out of it feeling confident and stress free. Aga is a powerful healer.
