Its located on the lower level of the building which is right next to Starbucks. There's no sign on the outside in case you're looking for it. The process was really easy. All you need is a passport, the short application which you can fill out there and $85 cash for each Visa. We needed six Visas which took about 3 weeks to get back. Picked them up in person today which was quick and easy. They provide a lot of other travel services, but I normally book everything else myself.

This agent told me that she has request for the refund and i should get refund in about two to three weeks. It has been more than two months and i haven't seen anything in my account. I have called saudi Arabian Airline many times to inquire about the status of refund but they keep saying talk to your travel Agent.
