In our final walk through, none of the repairs had been made. Mark signed an addendum at the closing saying he would cover the cost of the repairs. After finally replacing a window sash that he agreed to replace within 3 weeks after the closing, 3 weeks late. He's decided he's not responsible for anything else.

Very shortly I was joined by 2 additional people there for the same showing. Soon our numbers grew and we were now 8 people standing outside a building that was to have been an open house. One of the ladies called Mark Carr's number and went directly to his voice mail. Fortunately, the president of the condo association happen to be coming home and saw the crowd. She stopped and confirmed that she had authorized an open house and thought there would be someone in the lobby to meet and greet. She began to give us the particulars about the association and the property. More people are arriving. Mark Carr then responded to the call by texting and advising that the "Open House" had been canceled and someone had dropped the ball. It appeared the only person that knew it had been canceled was Mark Carr. Although the cost of the property in question was slight obviously in his eyes, each one of the people standing there had properties that would also need to be sold and many were downsizing including myself. Pretty certain there was not a person there that would consider using Mark Carr for purchase or sale of a property. Please keep in mind that all of this transpired in the first half hour of the proposed "Open House". Still over an hour of people to come and go. Not buying from Mark Carr.

We had an excellent…read moreexperience working with Jerry Riggleman and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. From the beginning, Jerry was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and very straightforward with us. Jerry's commission was a little higher than some of the other options we considered, but after going through the entire process, we can honestly say he was well worth the extra premium. His experience, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and guidance throughout the sale gave us the confidence we had made the right choice. He did an excellent job marketing our property, communicating with us, handling the offers, and guiding us through the many details from listing through closing. Whenever we had a question or concern, Jerry was available and took the time to explain our options rather than simply telling us what to do. Selling a home you have owned for many years can be stressful and emotional, and having an experienced realtor who stays on top of everything makes a tremendous difference. Jerry worked hard for us, represented our interests well, and helped make the entire transaction go as smoothly as possible. For Jerry, it was not just a sale or listing, but a caring relationship putting people above the listing. You felt that you made a good friend who really cares about you personally and always had your back by the end of the transaction. We are extremely pleased with the job Jerry did for us. Sometimes paying a little more for experience and quality service really does pay off. and in our case it absolutely did. We would choose Jerry again without hesitation. When you really need someone on your side representing you, why have a public defender when you can have a Perry Mason!

Jerry is a full-time realtor, whose approach is thoughtful and calculated. He doesn't just post a few photos to the MLS and "see what sticks" His assessment and marketing assets are very well crafted to match the property. Jerry MARKETS, he goes beyond the MLS and markets directly to vetted group of companies, agents, HR depts, specialty property groups, probably .... fairy god mothers.  All of this netted Showings the first day after listing and a full price offer ... in almost minutes !  Grateful to Jerry for his professionalism and his sales skill

From the very first conversation, Eric showed up not as a salesperson, but as a genuine teacher and mentor. He has given me his time, his knowledge, and his honest guidance over and over again, never once making it feel transactional. In an industry where it's easy to find people chasing a quick deal, Eric operates with a different standard entirely -- one built on integrity, fairness, and real care for the people he works with. What stands out most is his class. Eric leads with patience and honesty even when it would be easier to cut corners or rush a deal along. He explains the "why" behind every recommendation, answers questions at all hours, and genuinely wants to see the people around him succeed -- not just close. That kind of generosity, especially from someone at his level of experience, is rare.

The big act the agent puts on like he is calling his boss to try to get you a better deal. VERY PUSHY. Then they do not show your home to many people to sell it until you push them. Then here comes the lower price and it is at the end of the contract when you have to sell due to timeframe. After Eric signs a contract and states he is not a real estate agent, a real estate agent surprises us about buying the house. We were not warned at all. At the end when we were sold due to time frame, the buyers put a bandaid on it and sold it. The future buyers might be surprised what is in store for them.
