After acquiring the business, he increased the price for a corporate return by 30% without notifying existing clients. When I asked why this wasn't communicated, he responded, "I've been in this business a long time. I do pretty well and can be selective with the clients I accept." This attitude speaks volumes. Wes clearly does not value his customers. His lack of transparency and disregard for professional communication undermines the trust that is essential in any business, especially one handling sensitive financial matters.

Going to H & R Block to have your taxes done is like throwing money in the trash. Also the lady there who did my taxes wasn't especially helpful or nice. I'll leave her name out of it...because I'm nice. Find someone else to do your taxes and save $500.
