My main complaint relates to more recent experience. I needed help with a guardianship matter and rationally sought her assistance as she was already familiar with the background of the situation. I had to wait about two and a half weeks to get a consultation but once I finally got through to her she claimed to be willing to represent me. However she never responded to a subsequent email and two phone calls when I attempted to follow up. End result was that I wasted about three weeks when I could have obtained immediate assistance elsewhere. Unprofessional in my opinion, not sure whether this was malice or disorganization.
