I did not believe that anything could ease the crushing weight of depression I was under, but IV ketamine infusions under Dr. Raziano's care has totally given me my life back in ways I can't even describe. The experience is: Comfortable. The clinic feels more like a home than a doctor's office, and Dr. Raziano and Jeanne-Marie immediately put you at ease. Safe. Dr. Raziano is an experienced emergency department physician, and he is the one you want monitoring your health and safety during treatment. You can relax and feel safe knowing your well-being is in his capable hands. One time, my O2 levels dropped during an infusion and I awoke to an oxygen cannula on my face. During my session he monitored my vitals, immediately caught the danger I could have been in, and then treated and kept me safe all while I had a cozy therapeutic infusion and was none the wiser until after. Caring & Accommodating. Jeanne-Marie and Dr. Joe genuinely care about the patients they are treating. I have had to contact them while in crisis, and they responded immediately and compassionately. I have needed to come in quickly for an emergency booster, and they have always made time to get me on the schedule (I have a feeling they have kept the clinic open late to fit me in more than once!) I feel so safe trusting that they know this treatment is life or death for many patients like me, and they treat it with the importance it deserves. I was skeptical when they did and didn't want to pay the fee so switched offices. Big mistake! There is no another office that cares as much! In fact during the time I was at another office I had a mystery illness that the other office couldn't solve (and in fact I am positive they didn't even believe what I was saying). After a year and a half of this illness, I decided to switch back because I knew how good the doctors here were. Dr Amick spent hours with me going over everything that had occurred and spent many hours on his own researching possibilities. After a few tests and just 2 or 3 months he diagnosed me and solved the problem! Dr Amick is a fantastic doctor. He cares and also helps educate you on what's going on, never trying to talk over your head. The office is clean, everyone in the office is super friendly and they never rush you so that you actually get excellent care. It's such a great feeling when you have a doctor like this!

I wanted a concierge service so I could deal with issues quickly as my mother was having mental decline due to vascular dementia. Dr. Maged and the staff have been wonderful over these last 2.5 years. Often my mother would complain of something and - if it was not an urgent issue - I'd leave an email with the MDVIP service. Dr. Maged would follow up with a phone call within 24 hours and either (a) talk things thru with me or (b) schedule an immediate visit for the next day. I have called the office with an urgent need first thing in the morning and the office always found a way to fit us in that day. My mother's mental decline has made for some difficulty with her as a patient - but Dr. Maged and the staff - always took time to listen to her and reassure her. They have been a wonderful support for me in caring for my mother and I would not change a thing. Dr. Maged is retiring and he took careful time and planning to introduce my mom to his replacement Dr. Crowe. We look forward to the same support, service and understanding as a patient at Internal Medicine Associates.

I received their survey yesterday and sat down to complete it. Can you please explain to me why…read morewhen I gave the rehab a score of two it said the survey was no longer available, and yet when I pretended to start over and put in a nine, the survey automatically showed up? I decided to try once again, and this time rated the facility of three and again the next page said the survey is no longer available. Clearly they are only allowing people with positive scores to complete the survey? I feel it is very important that I complete the survey due to my current circumstance. On my last visit, I had a feeling something was not right and therefore did not schedule any subsequent visits. The next morning when I woke up, I had a pain in my knee that I have never had. Actually, I've never had knee pain in 25 years!! We went on a cruise next week and then knee pain did not subside at all! It definitely affected our week :(. When we came home, the knee pain continued, and I was hoping that with time it would be OK. I finally went to the Rothman urgent care yesterday since it was not healing on its own. After seeing the swelling, the doctor said that it had to be drained which he did. I asked him if the amount of fluid would be considered a lot, average or minimal. He kind of chuckled and answered it was a lot of fluid with emphasis on the words a lot! The doctor then began to examine my knee and said that it is a meniscus tear. I had to go back to the doctor at Rothman Institute three days later to have the knee drained again, and I am now on crutches and in a brace with a diagnosis of stress fracture in my tibia and a complex meniscus tear. I did reach out to Ivy rehab with this information and they have not bothered to answer my email. Because I have MS and my activities and exercise are already limited, there is really no other explanation for any of this except PT.

It's by far the nicest looking doctor's office I've ever visited. As for Dr. Garg, my previous review remains true and today's visit only solidified my opinion. I don't feel awkward saying I love Dr. Garg. That may seem like an exaggeration, but if anything, it's an understatement. I am eternally grateful for the aid he has provided, and continues to provide, my wife and best friend. It took years to find a doctor with this level of intelligence, education, warmness, trustworthiness, and empathy, but Dr. Garg makes all the searching and effort worthwhile. He's more than just my wife's pain management doctor. I consider him my friend.
