They schedule my husband's colonoscopy and two days before called to let us know that our insurance hadn't approved it yet. Turns out they hadn't sent the paperwork to the insurance. My husband had already stated the protocol and then had to do it a second time a few weeks later when we were able to get the insurance stuff all worked out. Tried to schedule a follow up, they set it and then a few days before said we had to reschedule. rescheduled and then they didn't send the virtual link to his phone like they said they would so he was late to the chat. They called and told him it was all his fault. understandable he got upset. A few days later the manger Hailee called him claiming to see how his experience is going with them. (All these calls to him are after numerous requests that all scheduling and questions come to me as my husband works 12 hr shifts driving dump trucks and needs his full focus on the road.) understandably his experience has not been well and he told her so. my husband being in the trucking world uses a lot of colorful language when upset. They are know refusing to see him even though there office is the one who keeps causing the issues. Highly recommend finding a different office to go to as this clinic has no customer service skills or common sense.

The doctor was polite and knowledgeable. He explained a few things to me, but lacked skills in other areas. He seemed more interested in sharing his pedigree with me then to my upcoming surgery. He also has an accent which made it difficult to understand at times. At the end of my appointment he left to go enter the chart notes on the computer system. After waiting 10 minutes for him to return, I went to the front desk. I asked if I could leave and I was asked if I had my cheek swabbed for MRSA. I sad no and was asked to return to my room and someone would be there shortly. My doctor had said nothing about that. I found myself waiting once again. Soon the nurse that sent me back to the exam room came and told me I could leave and she would phone the next day to schedule the next two tests. The next day I waited and waited I finally phoned them at 4:00 pm. The person who answered the phone looked up my chart and could not find anything about the two tests and asked if she could call me the next day. I told her I knew the names of the test and I really wanted to schedule then today. About that time she found the names of the additional tests and then told me the scheduler was not there today and they would have to call me the next day. I look forward to the call should they call. How can anyone trust a doctor with such a poorly ran office to do any type of surgery on you? I know I won't! Another day and still no phone call. They finally called me back. I scheduled the two tests, but will be having another surgeon do the surgery.

She's very disrespectful and didn't care to look at my health records to actually help me in any way. For some reason she assumed that she knew my issues and judged me from the get go.
