I am so tired of OPTUM. I made a mistake on my appointment and was less then 10 minutes late. It…read morewas the 1st appointment of the day and the left sitting outside of 5 minutes before they told me I was late so they couldn't see me. My appointment was at 7:20. I was there before 7:30. Nobody in the waiting area but me a Last year on my phyical my doctor did not touch me and left sitting in the waiting area for over a half hour past my appointment time. He didn't listen to my chest, look in my ears or check my reflexes. He asked me a few questions and sent me for both blood tests and was charged $1400 to my insurance. Don't pick Doctor Rupert Flora. He is in it for the money only. Listen to your paitents. Now I tryed to get a new appointment with new doctor and it will be end of Dec. OPTUM you get a F-.

The lab appears to have its own reception desk. The sign could be referring to the main reception area but it is not clear. The lab reception desk is only for an Optum employee to stare at you snd say sit you will be called. No greeting just a stare and told to sit. Terrible way to run a clinic. They should know that Empathy is an important part of patient care.

No more pain, much more movement, I'm already looking for fun places to walk in our beautiful PNW! She's knowledgeable, personable, caring and a ray of sunshine each and every appointment. This woman made my recovery faster and better than I could have ever imagined. I can't recommend her highly enough. And I'm sure going to miss seeing her every week!

I had a 10:20 apt. I finally saw the Doctor slightly after 12:00. During the wait time I was…read moregiven a voucher to go eat in the cafeteria which I did. I was called back shortly after noon. The doctor was polite and knowledgeable. He explained a few things to me, but lacked skills in other areas. He seemed more interested in sharing his pedigree with me then to my upcoming surgery. He also has an accent which made it difficult to understand at times. At the end of my appointment he left to go enter the chart notes on the computer system. After waiting 10 minutes for him to return, I went to the front desk. I asked if I could leave and I was asked if I had my cheek swabbed for MRSA. I sad no and was asked to return to my room and someone would be there shortly. My doctor had said nothing about that. I found myself waiting once again. Soon the nurse that sent me back to the exam room came and told me I could leave and she would phone the next day to schedule the next two tests. The next day I waited and waited I finally phoned them at 4:00 pm. The person who answered the phone looked up my chart and could not find anything about the two tests and asked if she could call me the next day. I told her I knew the names of the test and I really wanted to schedule then today. About that time she found the names of the additional tests and then told me the scheduler was not there today and they would have to call me the next day. I look forward to the call should they call. How can anyone trust a doctor with such a poorly ran office to do any type of surgery on you? I know I won't! Another day and still no phone call. They finally called me back. I scheduled the two tests, but will be having another surgeon do the surgery.
