They are not all on the same level. For someone who spends a lot of time on skin care and routine, there was nothing new or enlightening that was explained to me from the analysis. This is disappointing as I expected and expert to be able to tell me something new. The facial itself was okay but she didn't explain anything, where I found out after my friend's facialist explained almost every step. Post-session Is also underwhelming - I asked for green tea and was given black, and it wasn't hot. The products from my regime were explained but not in detail. I asked questions comparing different products and the facialists could not answer the questions.

If I ever come back I will absolutely get a facial. I'm sure it will be great experience. I also saw men coming in and out which I appreciate as well. It looked super clean, I saw stations to do hair and I saw people walking from downstairs so I assume spa is down there.
