So I had been working with the Mercedes body shop who uses this classless character to be there vendor for wheel repairs. He calls me up on Thursday morning at work and I had to cut short my meeting. He insisted that he needed to pick up my wheel on behalf of the body shop and take it to his shop for repairs. Then he tells me that he will have to leave my car on a jack stand for two days. We agreed that I would call him back later that afternoon . I needed to check with my wife to see which day I could borrow her car since my car would not be drivable for 2 days. I called him back and left him a message. His wife texted me back that someone will call me back shortly. finally, I receive a call back and this lady named Stacy who spent an hour on the phone gathering my information and confirming my appointment for the coming Tuesday. It was now getting close to 4 PM on Monday and since I didn't receive any instructions or any type of reminder, I proceeded to text them to confirm my appointment & inform them about the gate code. To my surprise, I get a text back near the end of Monday from someone at his shop Informing me that Justin the owner was too busy to work on my wheel and to take it somewhere else. By now I had already picked up the rental car for 2 full days costing over $50 a day. I called the owner Justin back to understand what is going on. Very rudely (sounded like he was drunk) he shouts back at me that he is not interested in repairing my wheel because he doesn't want to drive to pick it up!! Then he HANGS UP on me!! Even though it was his idea to pickup the wheel and bring it back the next day. My original plan was to just drop off my car at tthe body shop and take the rental car from there itself. Terrible experience, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
