We had a minor hiccup, we came down to San Jose to pick up heavy materials but unfortunately our tailgate of Tacoma popped out in conjunction of materials didn't quite fit into the truck. We needed to drive very windy mountain road, didn't think it was safe to leave it popped out and drive. We saw that this service center was 7 minutes away and just went in panic mode asking for help. Marvin at service center came to help us in generosity, he couldn't figure it out so he asked help from technician but our heavy materials was in the way. We unloaded the all material but unfortunately we couldn't put tailgate back together as it popped out in awkward angle. We had to go back to this Toyota service center again, Elmor from service center also came to help us, took our Tacoma into inside of service center. Technician really had to go down to tire area on bottom so the car to let attachments piece to turn so we can get tailgating back in. We took 20 minutes or more of their time, fully intended to pay for service but they didn't even charge us for this huge help! We didn't have appointment, and we didn't but this Tacoma here. Yet they were so helpful. I have noting but great experience at all Toyota dealership or service center. They are all so amazing, helpful, and caring. The area is under renovation now, so while things aren't "pretty", what matters is how well the job is done, and they did a good job there.
