This company had made me miss my flight to Boston on Friday due to no one could take me downstairs there's to get on the flight. Southwest Airlines had to book another flight in order for me to meet up with my family and I was there enough time to get on the plane. The flight attendant had to call someone for wheelchair service for me which someone should have been waiting there when I got off the plane. Truly a horrible service and I am going to complain at the corporate office. When I got back in Chicago on April 30th I had to walk myself downstairs yes because I got tired of waiting for someone to take me down where my party was waiting on me to take me home. I would have tipped the person but I thank them for allowing me to keep my money in my pocket because of the horrible service. read more

This is a review for an employee named "Ebony" at Midway Airport. It was very crowded as planes were late due to weather issues elsewhere. On August 11 at Southwest Air gate 23 at 5:45 pm, a flight attendant was trying to board passengers, especially an elderly lady in a wheelchair. The flight attendant asked for help from three Prospect employees who were standing around. The woman in the wheelchair had auxiliary luggage. As the flight attendant spoke, two just stood there and did not look or acknowledge the flight attendant's request. Ebony overheard the request and showed prompt attention and a willingness to help and acted very quickly. She is to be commended for her service and alertness. This company is the worst if I could give zero stars I would! On July 4th I flew out of midway with my elderly mother. The skycap requested wheelchair assistance at 5:33pm she didn't get picked up until 6:17pm!!! Which caused us to miss our flight. We had to wait 3 hrs for another plane! They told us that the person that was 1st suppose to transport my mother just walked off the job. Her number didn't rotate, because the person didn't close out her number and no one else could have taken her to ther gate. because they were assigned to other numbers. This was a bunch of bolanga to me. I still have not got any compensation regarding this matter. We didn't get home until 1am. It caused lack of sleep, my mother was unble to take her meds on time, couldn't go see my grandmother in a nursing home, because it was too late. It just caused a lot of turmoil, because of their incompetent employee and system. How are you going to fix this Prospect???? I will be writing midway airport asking for the removal of your company. If I have to I will place a law suit or class action, because I have alreay researched other unhappy people! read more
