The reason i chose this company was because when i called around the lady who answered the phone was nice and treated me like an old friend not just a person who they could make money on. I want to start by saying I take responsibility for not asking more questions or getting the…read moreupdated price in writing that was my mistake. When Morgan first came for the walk through the quote for the work I wanted done was very high between $700 to $900. I told her that was too expensive so I cut the list of tasks in half. She said she would adjust the price and I assumed that meant it would also be cut in half. Unfortunately that was not the case. For two hours of cleaning (two cleaners) I was charged $600. That breaks down to $150 per hour per person which I feel is extremely overpriced for a deep clean. On top of that one of the employees took four smoke breaks during that short time. I also noticed damage to both my fridge and floors afterward. When I reached out to address this and to share my concerns about pricing I felt dismissed. Instead of trying to resolve things Morgan told me their work was "impeccable and perfect" and then wished me a great day. There was no apology for the damage or attempt to make things right only a request that I send pictures. While she did apologize for me being dissatisfied she also told me that "in this industry you get what you pay for" which I found unhelpful and dismissive. To be fair the cleaning itself was decent but the cost was unreasonable and the customer service left a lot to be desired. If you hire them just be aware the work is fine but you will pay a premium. In my experience $150 per hour per person is not reasonable.

Next day the whole Cuban mafia shows up: Lazara, her husband, daughter, son-in-law, probably an uncle in the car keeping the engine warm. English? Secondary. Vibes? Primary. We're pointing at cabinets, Googling words, laughing like we've known each other since diapers. Ten minutes in I'm ready to let them adopt me. Fast-forward to yesterday. I walk in after work... bro. I dead-a** thought we got broken into by Mr. Clean's SWAT team. The stove looks like it's never met a spill. The fridge? I opened it and heard angels. They cleaned the garbage cans. The garbage cans, dude. I didn't know those could shine; I thought they just accepted their fate. Toilet paper folded into little points like we're a Marriott now. My wife came home, did that slow-motion movie walk, turned to me and said, "We're never firing these people. Ever." I nodded like a man who just found religion. I had one tiny little doubt beforehand, like "What if they steal my identity?" Nah, they just stole my excuses. Lazara and her crew rolled in like the A-Team of hygiene and left my house looking like it's got a realtor coming tomorrow. Book them. Tip them heavy. Tell them the guy with the teenage tornadoes sent you. My floors have never been happier, and honestly, neither have I. Five stars, zero notes, Cuba's clearly not sending their best--they kept them and loaned us the legends.
