Sinpaş Aydos Country Price Change and Misleading Sales Practices…read more We approached the sales office to purchase an apartment at Sinpaş Aydos Country. The sales representative stated that the price of a garden-floor apartment was 10 million TL, and we scheduled an appointment for December 12, 2024, to view the apartment. During the appointment, they mentioned that an offer of 9.5 million TL could be made. We liked the apartment and expressed that we could send a down payment of 8.5 million TL. The sales representative said that they would forward the offer to the management and that we would receive a response, either positive or negative. On December 13, we were informed that the offer had been "approved," but that final approval was still pending from the general manager. On Saturday, December 14, we visited again, inspected the apartment with the sales representative, signed some documents, and sent an 85,000 TL down payment. We were told that after final approval on Monday, we could send the down payment, but the sales office staff insisted on immediate payment, saying, "Let's close the listing." On December 16, the sales office sent the title deed for the apartment, and we applied for a loan with the bank, where the bank officials were very helpful. When we received loan approval on Wednesday, the sales representative informed me that their managers were still in the approval process and that we should not proceed with the transaction without final approval. On December 18, we were informed that the price had increased to 9 million TL, and we were told we either had to accept this price or that the listing price would increase to 11.25 million TL after the New Year. This price increase was completely misleading, and we did not accept it. Additionally, the down payment we made on December 14 was refunded only on December 30. We learned that down payment refunds are only processed on certain days. I absolutely do not accept Sinpaş's sales policies and price change practices. I believe that transactions should proceed at the price initially set. Even after a down payment was made and the terms were finalized, making a price increase undermines trust. I want to warn other potential buyers who may experience similar issues. I had a very negative experience with Sinpaş's sales process.
