He gave us a price when he inspected our home, stayed with that price, came when he said he would, was very thrifty in that he used two less packages of flooring than estimated saving us money, and did not need the quarter round, also saving us money. He also cleaned up everything when he was done. I was very impressed with the thorough work and attention to detail in the installation of our flooring, by caulking where needed, replacing the floor moulding properly and just his general good work ethic. So glad we found him to do our work.

One of them was regarding the original round drain we had selected for the shower. Mike said to us, "With the quality of materials you guys are using, you need an up to date 'state of the art' drain for the shower" and nixed the old-style round drain. He installed a rectangular drain with tile inset and It turned out to be a great suggestion and we love everything about it! We are very please how it turned out and continue to get amazing compliments from friends and family.

His 42 years of experience in the construction business comes through in his self-confidence and his efficiency. He gave ne a quote on the spot and had me on the schedule for the next morning. I was a bit concerned when the next morning two young men showed up, one Lucas perhaps in his mid20's and William who looked like a kid. We understood that the job would be challenging, not only because of the number or colors, but because of the many instances where multiple colors would need to be painted side by side, sometimes in hard to reach areas. Attempting to paint a home in Florida during the raining season further complicated things. Hammadi and his crew rose to the challenge. They worked very closely with us throughout the job to ensure that there was no miscommunicaton. Their knowledge of available paint products helped us to choose the best possible materials for the job, based not only on appearance, but on durability in harsh weather conditions. They worked early in the morning and on weekends to finish in a timely manner, despite the daily rainstorms. Most importantly, they took pride in their work, and it showed. The completed paint job exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend them.
