Rented a house through them, and I regretted it from the very beginning. Refused to give me simple…read morepaperwork until I badgered them. The secretary is incredibly rude and refuses to do anything but the minimum for you. And the man in charge was even worse. Many of my emails and calls to them were simply ignored. Upon checkout, a rushed, I got a I-don't-have-time-for-you 10 minute whirlwind thru the house, with no real explanation of the charges. When I got the house, it stunk, and when I left it it was much better, but I was still charged for cleaning. This is exactly what is wrong with America today: those with any amount of power abuse it at the expense of those with less power. These people will nickel and dime you with every fee they can come up with, but offer you no help with even basic things. Even worse than that is their attitude in dealing with their customers: I have never met any other business that so obviously looks down upon their customers as nuisances. Look, don't even bother looking at their list of houses. Just go elsewhere. You'll see thru a quick search that other places in town have much better ratings. And you'll also see that I am hardly the only one with a horrible experience with these people.
