If I knew this ahead of time I would have withdrew money from my bank account before going here. I had to charge my card 18.50 for a $10 order because I didn't have cash. The person at the counter said I would pay $15 because their system rounds up your total to a random amount, but she didn't tell me there was also a 3.50 ATM withdrawal fee bringing my total to 18.50. Come here prepared with cash or pay almost double of what their website tells you your total will be.

I've been to truly most of the dispensaries in the Bistate area from past Wentzville (Going West & EAST Past St.Clair Mall in Illinois.) From the moment I walking in the front door Andrew was there to greet me and to get me signed in. There was no wait at that moment so I was able to go directly inside to meet Gram (My Budtender). First off what a perfect name for working at this specific place . I explained how myself and my girlfriend have now both had 2 YES 2 back surgeries EACH and I wanted to pick Gram's brain for the best stain he thought they carried. (From the specific's I saw online before I came in I asked about). I got a first timers discount which was very welcoming so I decided to add on another of our final Add On. (Now Totaling 3 1/8's for 102.01). It doesn't matter if you're coming here for medical or recreational reasons, as I'm also a caregiver and this seems to be a very nice company!! I was even able to share some tricks of the trade with my Budtender as I will be back to see you much sooner than later.(Next Week) Thanks again to Gram & Andrew @ ROOT 66 Des Peres!!

I was finally able to get it to go through but it took a while. I went in and my order was ready. You have to provide your drivers license so have it ready. I went to pay and if you pay with a credit card it will want the PIN number. I have never used my PIN for my credit card and I could not remember it so had to use my debit card. Of course I know my PIN for my debit card but for some reason it would not take my debit card PIN. I tried their ATM machine and it would not take it either. So I had to leave and head to my bank ATM. No problem there. I headed back and paid with cash. It was embarrassing. Not sure what type of system they use but my advice is to bring cash and pay that way. I have gone to other places and they have you pay online before you pick up. I think I like that better. People who work here are nice. It wasn't busy but it is Super Bowl Sunday. Easy to get in and out of the location. I recommend this location but bring cash.
