After getting Charged $118.18 plus GST after 25 hours parking I questioned the parking attendant who brought my car around about my billing who got very aggressive and defensive. he correctly answered question about the invoice, but left a foul experience which could have been handled much better by the staffer. All he had to do was point out the cost on the board and I would have accepted it. Based on my experience today, I will never go back there again, nor recommend it to anyone. I would also li.ke to suggest to the manager of this Wilson Parking facility that they provide better training to your staff. I wasn't rude when I asked, just questioning him, so there was no need for the way he responded. Very poor representation of your business...........or is it?
