Prontos has been very skimpy with toppings in calzones and on pizza lately. When I complained the owner yelled at me and hung up on me. After 15 years I will not be ordering from Prontos anymore. The customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I don't taste or see any meatball on this Pizza only the eggplant. read more

Pronto Pizza - A meatball eggplant pizza with no meat - Italian Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

Nothing crazy but you get what you pay for. I suggest this place for pretty solid pizza!

I had a steak calzone. Very delicious! The bread was salty and sweet and the marinara sauce was a Great addition. Would get again.

Just moved to the WP area. Pronto Pizza popped up first. We've ordered 3-4 times here since the move and it never disappoints! Pizza is perfectly cooked. Not floppy/soggy, perfect crunch! We warmed up pizza left overs for dinner tonight and it was still perfectly cooked. Their Buffalo tenders are also a must try. Soooo good! This is our go to pizza joint now. read more

the customer service is horrible. They are rude and refused to deliver because I did not put a tip on my card even though it would've been in cash. The worker told me so what I'm not delivering and was just rude. read more

This place was close to my hotel so I ordered a Greek Veggie Pizza. What a great pizza. Loads of pesto and cheese and veggies. The crust was fantastic somewhere between a hand tossed and thin crust, it ended up have some garlic and cheese on the crust edge that made it taste like a bread stick. Ordering was easy. Pick up was fast. They have some tables and chairs but you don't want to eat here. No ambiance at all. I deducted a star for the location. Right beside some kind of casino arcade and a "massage" place. I really had to work my courage up before I got out of my car. I would go back, but probably not at night. read more

They have a phenomenal gigantic Stromboli many different varieties. I highly recommend the meat lovers.

Pizza and subs are amazing! You never have to wait too long for your food. Garlic rolls are a must

Delicious salads. We had the grilled and crispy chicken salads. I love that they come in a pizza dough base. Great portion size, very filling. Pronto was recommended by a co-worker and they were right, it's excellent. We can't wait to come back and try the wings and pizza! read more

First time visitor. I called to see if they had a website but it was not working. I ordered a SMALL spinach calzone. WOW, this small is not small. It can fed three or four people. It tastes amazing and baked perfectly. I will return to try something else. read more

We really love their Stromboli but we found a better pizza and wing place around the corner from our home. I come here for a special salad but tonight the young lady on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I was given the wrong salad then when I requested to come back a different day they told me to come back that same night. So I had to drive there twice only to receive a salad that was still incorrect. I think we will just stick with our other pizza place from now on. I'm not sure about their management or customer service at this location. read more

The food was great, especially the wings. the young man behind the counter was nice and helpful. The owner was super polite and personable.

This place is absolutely amazing. Everything I've ever gotten here has been delicious. The staff is really nice too and their delivery is so fast it's unbelievable. Their salads are beautiful and filling. All the dressings are fabulous too! read more

Worst customer satisfaction ever!! What Italian restaurant cant provide a side of Alfredo sauce???? The answer is PRONTO PIZZA....But it doesn't end here, I asked for a cup of ice for my drink and they don't even have ice???? Who owns this place?? P.S. First and last time here. read more

I just came home so anything I eat should be good but Pizza was terrible. I have eaten good pizza in my day and that wasn't it. I would rather take the drive and go to Tomatoes pizzeria or Four brother's. Never again. read more

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak without all the non-traditional toppings like lettuce, tomato and MAYO(?!). It came as ordered and if it was prepared correctly and NOT served on a sesame seed roll it would have been fine but it was not. It was delivered to my hotel with the sesame seed roll, lacking taste and barely any cheese. Google images of a Philly cheesesteak and maybe out of hundreds you will find only 2 pics of these sandwiches with sesame seeds! The Greek salad was "ok" once I removed the half pound of feta thrown on top to block the view of any salad. The salads are apparently huge...ask for more dressing. read more

The ultimate favorites, the large cheese calzone, delicious, cheesy goodness, feeds an army and the meat lovers calzone, excellent!. The pizza is very good too and the salads are fresh and well prepared, personal favorite the Greek (Romaine, covered with diced peppers, ripe tomatoes, onions and chunks of Feta) I wish they had a Pronto Pizza in Wellington! read more

This place is amazing! We were at St. Mary's with family in the ER and the nurse told us we should go here. We were a little skeptical but IT WAS AMAZING. I highly recommend the Mediterranean Chicken Salad! read more

First of all, the service from the beginning was amazing. Secondly, the waiter did an amazing job. Third, the food is so so so good. Definitely will go back again read more

The establishment was small with many empty tables. Masks were required to enter however not all patrons or employees wore masks covering nose & mouth. Some tables had signs not to seat at to show they had COVID set. We ordered and were told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Took much longer. Drove to the hotel a mile away. Our pizza was still hot! Very crispy. Sauce had a good taste and it wasn't too heavy. Our cannolis were ok. read more

The restaurant looks dirty on the inside but they turned out an awesome veggie pizza. It's a tiny take out type place but there are a few tables inside. The pizza was thin, but not too thin, crispy and loaded with veggies. It was perfect and not too soggy or overpowering. Whoever made it, got it right. This was my first time here and it did look cramped and dirty inside but they turn out a great pizza at a reasonable price. It tasted fresher and better than a little Caesar pizza for example. It was light and everything fresh. This place is worth ordering if you need a bite fast. It's easy to find just north of 95. read more

Pronto Pizza - Veggie pizza, 12 inch(smallest size) - Italian Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

PRONTOS PIZZA gets it right . Warm Fresh food that's Yummy and Good. If you are looking for a cheap hotel (yes in palm beach county) guess what, its here. but the reason its 'cheap' is because this not a great area (though its not the worst) hence this pizza place (and many other delivery services) hesitate to deliver to certain areas. cant blame them . also teenaged hires wont be stellar on the phone for $7/hr .. my $7 hires are same, but they are young (remember when you were young, and flustered ..??) and they are trying .. as far as PRONOTS food, it is Excellent . you wont find a better pizza and quality of food unless you go to Hooks Seafood (a worse! area, but yummy food) or Nicos Pizza downtown Clematis St (who doesnt deliver up here) you might get pizza hut to deliver from Okeechobee blvd, but otherwise you're getting in the car and driving . (or flying to Lou Malnatis in Chgo now that's pizza ! hah) ok back to FL .. Iv lived in Northwoods Historical Dist a few yrs now and yes Im right next door to ghettoville . but guess what .. Im also a block & 1/2 from the water .. (lol yes Atlantic . Ocean ..!) only I dont pay $$Ms .. nd I love it . but I digress about the area .. so again, as far as PRONOTS pizza, its loaded with toppings. (I like the thin crust) and great value for pricing. place is clean every time I go . cant go wrong if you want to place an order, and get the best of food in an economically repressed area which just doesnt hav many choices . ~mommy read more

I ordered something online and they kept calling me that they ran out of several items. But instead of telling everything from the beginning in one call, they repeatedly phoned me for one thing at a time. They didn't have any of the dishes that I have ordered, and I ended up being charged for what I chose in the beginning. I called them back asking for at least a discount and they said that it's not their fault that they ran out of everything and that he's not going to do anything. It was not that that bothered me, but more the attitude of the manager, just wanting to expedite me as fast as possible without seeming to care about the service that he is offering. I received the food after more than an hour and for that price, I can't say that I got the best of it. I'm definitely not going to chose them again. read more

I'm in town from CA for work, staying at the Holiday Inn on 45th. I was sick of driving around town in my rental car so I thought I'd order a pizza. I asked at the front desk and they gave me two menus, this place and Romeos, they had bad reviews so I placed my order. I ordered a large combo on white sauce with garlic cheese bread & marinara to be delivered to my hotel room. I was told they didn't have white sauce by the teenage girl that answered the phone. Ok fine, red sauce it is. 30 minutes she said... 45 minutes later my food arrives. The delivery guy is on his phone. I sign the receipt and take my food (get off the phone dude, you're the face of the company right now). Side note: being from California I'm used to a certain level of customer service. Here in Florida, for the most part, the customer service is garbage! Complete crap! And I'm blown away that these places survive. You wouldn't last a year in California with the type of service I've seen here! The food was meh, nothing exciting. The ordering process was meh, maybe be more friendly on the phone? The delivery process was meh, get off the phone and do your job! Meh+meh+meh=2 star rating from me... read more

Pronto Pizza - Calzone - Italian Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

This place is a complete joke. Not only do their pizza and toppings have absolutely no flavor. The employees are the rudest I've ever encountered . I've had difficulties every time I've called to order. For one they don't deliver to my neighborhood which is literally a block away! I'm assuming because it is predominantly African American. I've tried to order wings and they flat out refused to let me have all drums..they need to work on their customer service and people skills . They also need to learn to make a decent pie. Unimpressed. Their only getting one star because I can't give them zero stars. read more

I agree with Christopher the young ladies they have answering the phones are the Worst!! It's amazing what society accepts nowadays because oeople don't cook anymore. I'm in town for work and tried it because it's close to the lodging. If this is their idea id NY pizza they obviously haven't been to NY. I agree with another reviewer the pixza has very little flavor and the fact that when you go to pick it up there's a ppile of Boxes by the window and the cleanliness of the kitchen left me leery as well. read more

This place is absolutely disgusting when it comes to cleanliness and how they conduct business. First we received the wrong order and when we called to complain the person that answered the phone was rude talking in Spanish, little did she know I understood everything she said. Then when they brought us the correct food it had a FLY in it. I called the owner back and he was like this is what you call me for. read more

Pronto Pizza - FLY!!!! - Italian Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

If there were zero stars, I would have chosen that. We ordered from the hospital we work at at 12:15. At 1:15, our salads were delivered, but the wrong salads came. We specifically asked for Caesar salad with crispy chicken. What came was a house salad. This happened the week before as well, but I kept the salad. So we called to let Pronto staff know that we wanted the correct salads delivered. We were harrassed and we were told they had recorded our order and that we asked for the house salad. After a few minutes of going back and forth, they agreed to deliver the right salads. At 3pm, the salads had not arrived, so we called to ask what time the salads would be delivered and we were told the driver wasn't available to deliver the salad. In their words "you need to come and pick them up". Now this is 3 hours after the order was placed. We work at a hospital and take care of patients. We can't just jump in our car and leave. Again, after speaking to several different workers at Pronto, they agreed to drop off the salads. The customer service is horrible. We have ordered from there a dozen times, but never again. read more

Ordered food and after an hour and twenty minutes of waiting, I called and had the displeasure of speaking with their employees. Rude people who told me they had no control over delivery time and have so many orders, they don't need to worry about each one. Won't go back and would never recommend as this was the worst experience I have ever had when ordering a pizza. read more

If you an Asian or Non-American and ever end up ordering Chicken wings at this restaurant, Beware!! They cheat!! On ordering a platter of 10 chicken wings, they give you 5 pieces of actual chicken wings and other 5 pieces of cheap drumsticks/chicken leg piece.!! On inquiring about the mix-up with the waitress, she gives a stupid reason as to the pieces come in a mixed bag in a large lot, so it is difficult for the cook to separate and serve only the actual chicken wings!! What a crap! Why pay for chicken wings when 50% of the platter is actually chicken drumsticks which comes pretty cheap and they charge you a whole platter of chicken wings. This is how they make money from customers!! By cheating the customers! Also the sauce used in the chicken wings was terribly high in salt content. Never eat them!. read more

Awesome Pizza and chicken wings! We've ordered twice the first time the wings were slightly over done but they were still fabulous. The second time we ordered everything was perfect!! Their pizza is so good, I now know what real pizza is suppose to taste like. We will always order from them! SOOO yummy! Even cold their pizza holds up!! Customer service has always been polite on the phone (which is hard to find). read more

We ordered a pizza from them to be delivered to our hotel room. The delivery guy brought our pizza to the wrong room and even had our name wrong. The lady at the front desk called them back and they redelivered the now cold pizza. Even hot this pizza wouldn't be good. It had a very strange flavor. Never again! read more

Really good from start to finish. I just moved to this part of wpb. Trying to get my go to spots in a row. The person on the phone was great. She recommended her favorite way to get the wings. They were great. Pizza was perfectly cooked. Also got a cheesecake slice. Thank you lady who helped with my order. read more
