Everyone here made sure my project was done by the time I was departing to come home. They did an excellent job, fairly priced and very friendly. My hat is off to Joaquin, as without him the job would not have been completed and he wanted me to see the finished product, not have me wait until I returned. If you need a job done in a timely manner, make them your go-to for the rock you need. They also have a vast inventory to choose from.

Despite…read moreclearly seeing my cars parked right next to the drop area, they proceeded without any warning while dust and debris flew everywhere. A simple courtesy--asking me to move my cars--would have prevented this. All of my vehicles had just been washed and are now completely covered in dust. Even more concerning, the equipment operator saw me getting out of the car with my baby and continued dropping rocks anyway, sending sand, dust, and debris into both of our eyes. This was not only unprofessional but unsafe. The lack of care and consideration shown by both the operators and the company is unacceptable, and the damage and cleanup have cost me several hundred dollars.

The last phone call had a discount attached for the inconvenience and lack of professionalism, yet still a "no show". If the landscaper was unable to make it, a phone call was in order. I think my parents were treated with no regard for their time and their needs. I see this a lot in areas with a high concentration of retirees. My advice to Speedy Services, treat your customers time with respect, honor your commitments and do quality work. To leave older people awaiting a 6am appointment and not show up 3 times is unacceptable. I cannot rate this business based on their actual work as they never showed up to do it. However, if their behavior is any indication than I am sure my rating would not have varied.
