Really then why do you have appointments on line to book..... she was rude, combative...... not a person you want at your reception desk.... she then proceeded to say it could be up to 1 hour to be seen? again I said I had appointment, but she did not care...... I ended up being seen 40 minutes later, and the team in the back were great...... I think this is something that needs to be addressed, understand its a walk in, but if you take the time to make an appointment, and in less someone there has a life threating emergency, the appointment should be honored..... if not don't have appointments on line.... NOTE: we have been utilizing this facility, and have been happy, but this instance really unacceptable.
