This is concerning the US Bank in Belen, NM, and the phone customer service…read more I recently had a problem had a problem with fraudulent charges overdrawing my account. They automatically waved one overdraft fee due to a fraudulent charge, but they flat out refused to wave any other overdrafts charges. They just randomly pick out a debit as the cause of your overdraft, and refuse to reverse an overdraft. This experience shows me that US Bank is less than willing to assist their customers. BEWARE, it would appear that US Bank takes a guilty until proven innocent approach to assisting their customers. Prior to this occurrence, It has taken up to a week before some debits would appear in my account, which makes it less than helpful in keeping up with one's finances. If you want a bank with good customer service, this may not be the bank for you.
